There are alot of headaches with the new bylaws especially if you can not wear a mask. Northland handled the situation perfectly. After not spending my money at unicon moments earlier, I had the supplies I required to run my business in a timely and professional manner. Thank you for not treating me like a criminal and you now have a life long customer, please don't change.

Cory and the staff have always provided prompt & accurate service for myself & my company. I’ve used NCA since 2004 with a large commercial construction company (my employer). Their prices are competitive & the staff are friendly & knowledgeable. I’d recommend NCA to anyone looking For formwork &/or construction materials.

I am a DIY er. The staff at National were a breath of fresh air compared to the competition. Despite me not knowing much about what I am doing they were patient and accurate in helping me. As I waited in the back for the shipper to get my order there were three other staff busy doing stuff but unlike other places all three took a moment to stop and ask if I had been helped. Rare these days!!!!

Worked here as a temp for about a week and it seemed ok to begin with but changed that opinion pretty fast. The recruiter and the manager weren't on the the same page regarding required tickets. Made arrangements to get it online but I don't have a computer and asked if I could use an office computer at the same time manager was telling the regular guys they could use the office computer to renew there own tickets but for me it was a problem. Next..theyre moving into a new building and stuff is everywhere so they have to search for it meaning customers are lining up and waiting longer...i was told not to help anybody the regular guys can pick it and it's too bad for the customers they can wait even if I knew where the stuff they wanted was...nice customer comes first policy...the workers told me from my first day that it was the most disorganized company they'd ever worked for...i know after what I saw and what I was told by the manger that customers can wait...if I did concrete I would never get my supplies from them

Ordered in was forgotten called in again got our order bags where broken and taped back together now how are we supposed to throw that in a mixer seriously guys is it that hard to not rip a bag when putting it on the pallet

The prices are ok, but you have to shop around, between them and Unicon I always get what I need at the price I want.The staff generally seems knowledgeable. Wait time is a bit excessive at times.

Went to return product that my company purchased too much of. We were told by the salesman to stop in at the front office first before we went to the receiving doors in the back. He said to tell the front what we were returning And they would give us a return slip to take to the back for the receiver. I went into the office and talked to a blond girl by the name of Allison. I was extremely friendly said hello and told her I was there to drop stuff off. Gave her my company name and told her the story of what the salesman said. She said to me that out side sales people don’t know what the heck they’re talking about and she can’t help me unless I have an invoice with me. No hello . No smile. I told her I didn’t have an invoice and my company purchases stuff there all the time. She just told me do whatever then just do what you were going to do and I was confused and looked at her like what do you mean do what I was going to do. She was extremely rude totally unprofessional , not friendly And I felt extremely uncomfortable and stupid. The guy down the desk from her cut in and said oh yeah just go to the back and they’ll take care of you they will fill out the return slip there. He was very friendly and seen the look on my face and that’s why he cut in to help me. She wouldn’t even look at me at thus point so I just said thanks to him and left. I go to this place to pick up all the time and I’ve never had a problem until now. Next time I go on I have to go to the office I am definitely definitely not going to have her help me!
