I have been seeing counsellors on and off since my early twenties. I finally found a coach in Robyn Ocean. If you are willing to do the practice it takes to reveal the person you know you are capable of being, then she will give you homework and practical skills to set boundaries and begin to let go of your expectations of others. I look forward to my future self that I always wanted to be.
