The DiSC training with Kim Poulin and her colleagues was an excellent experience for our Communications team. The best element was not so much that everyone’s profile was an exact fit to their personality, but that it got the team talking together. It raised awareness of how people work most effectively, how to navigate conflict situations, how to bring out the best in each other and the strength that comes from having a team with many strong qualities.
