Popped in the mac counter at st vital mall today and had such a wonderful experience! Went in looking for some products to try and do my own makeup for my best friends wedding that Is coming up and ended up with so much help from Lindsay K. She went above and beyond and gave me tips and tricks to make the look stand out in photos that were within my comfort zone. Will most certainly be back and recommend to others!

Not only is she extremely knowledgeable as a make-up artist herself, but she's super friendly, warm and patient as I asked her a million questions and assisted me with the array of amazing products from foundations, concealers, powders, lip products, brushes, blushes and more! I have been shopping at this location for a couple of years and I have always received truly great service. Everyone I have ever interacted with has displayed an obvious love of makeup and willingness to help. Shoutout to Lindsay, who has gone so far above and beyond great service so many times. The store is always clean and welcoming. I'm a longtime customer for sure!

The WORST customer service experience EVER at the St. Vital location (workers AND manager). They make the exchange so difficult for no reason! Their faces are sour and the manager does not know how to properly conduct herself why dealing with a complaint....because of their mess up! I will never buy their products again!

Out of all my years of shopping at MAC, I've had the best experience today. Cynthia B. helped me from the minute I walked into the store, until the minute I left. She was friendly, helpful, had great knowledge of products, and was very attentive! I wish every MAC employee were like this. This is the type of quality of customer service I expect while shopping at MAC.

The main highlight of this place is the awesome staff! They are very patient and extremely helpful.! You just tell them what you want (even if you are not sure about something ) they take time to make you comfortable and make you happy for every penny you spent!!!
