Very unprofessional and rude service from an employee that should have known better. Possibly taking responsibility for their inappropriate actions at a later date would have also been acceptable. Neither was done and it sickens me that some think this manner is acceptable when its so very NOT

I had to deal with landlord issues for almost 2 years and my lawyer at the elgin oxford legal clinic was amazing. She always helped answer any questions I had, she worked very hard and professionally. She was always there even though she's working on so many other cases.

Used to be really good. This year not so much. I don't even like calling anymore. They seem to forget we're calling for advice, not to be criticized because we didn't know something. That's why we're calling in the first place.

Elena was so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to support me in my matter with the LTB. She was thoughtful and knowledgeable and was able to help me to sort out what I needed to accomplish. It was a fluke that she had a few minutes to talk to me, and this organization needs more funding so that more lawyers are able to help people who are struggling.

Highly professional, extensive knowledge of the Landlord tenant act. I've used their service with exceptional success. Landlord tenant lawyer was terrific. My only greivence is for all Elgin county their is only one lawyer. How can the provincial government expect Ms. Dempsey to help all in need. Because of her heavy workload she could not represent me in court. I am still awaiting a verdict. If my 7yr old n I are evicted I blame the government for not enough funding to provide free or low cost council for those in need. My case is not for non payment of rent but being a layman I didn't know proper terminology to express my position.
