My one hour facial was incredible! It left me feeling extremely relaxed and refreshed. I absolutely loved the ambiance and scent of the room. The products also smelled amazing and left my skin so soft and moisturized. Erin was so kind, accommodating and professional. 11 out of 10. Highly recommend. I’m looking forward to my next service

I had a wonderful facial with Erin. My skin felt absolutely amazing and I loved the products she used. She has such a beautiful space and is lovely to talk to. I would highly recommend the Westboro beauty room and I can’t wait to go back!

Went there today for eyebrow wax and tint. She was really professional and did an amazing job but she was also such a lovely person. Will be back for sure!

I would give 10 stars if I could. She’s the best! Very kind, gentle, almost painless, quick, best experience. I love her flexibility. The room smelled so great and very relaxing atmosphere. This is THE BEST place for a wax in Ottawa. & she does other things too like shellac nails and facials, can’t wait to try her other services.

Erin is amazing! I love going here to get my facials (very sad I can't go right now because of the pandemic restrictions - but I will be back as soon as things open up again). The treatment space is always clean and smells nice. Erin is very knowledgable, kind, and attentive! Highly recommend Westboro Beauty Room :)
