This location has the best customer service of all the Popeyes I have been to. The manager on duty is super friendly and you can tell he cares about his customers and also his staffs. Keep up the good work guys!!

To the Franchise please please check whats going on with this restaurant operator is not possible that every single time we come to eat here you have to wait 10 to 15 min to have your food ready this is ridiculous. I cringe every time we go here. If you go to the one on windermere food is always ready. I gave it a try again today and had to wait again for a sandwich. I also was charged $4.5 for upsizing my fries on a combo its crazy! Also, the drink was not served full and did not have fizz, felt old. I'm never coming back to this one.

One of the best Popeyes in town. Great customer service and highly recommended to do dine in to enjoy the warmth of their service. I love the Cajun fries they have.

I would give it minus five star if I could. Order 4 piece dark meat from this location. The chicken thighs was not a full piece, almost 1/2 disappeared, cut off for other dishes? The chicken in the sandwich, has a extremely thick bread coating and not fully cooked.DO NOT GO THIS LOCATION TO PROTECT YOUR LIFE AND WALLET!

Absolutely awful food I've just been served at the drive thru at 730pm May 14th. I got a 5 pcs chicken tenders and let me tell you they were so dry they were inedible.So tired of chain restaurants like Popeyes lacking quality control.Such ignorance on the staffs part. The gentleman serving me even had the nerve to smile at me and be so kind at the drive thru window knowing full well he just dished me up some dry chicken. Last time I spend money here.Avoid this place10/10 would NOT recommend

Well if you want fast food this is not the place, if you are looking for cooked food not the place again. The staff does not seem to know what they are doing and say you have to wait for 15 minutes but that turns into 40 mins.Save your money and time and go to the Parsons location. Poor service at the minimum they should ensure they are serving cooked food.

Went to drive-thru and was told to wait 6-7 minutes. Waited 20 minutes and there were no other customers in drive thru. I went in and the guy at the front (shift Apr.26 2023 at 7:20pm-7:30pm) was literally sitting down on the floor. Ridiculous. Needs better management and needs better employees.Update: came home and we were missing so many things in our order. We called about the issue and they were only able to give us an extra chicken strip for compensation. If this is your way of winning back a customer for wasting their an hour of their time, then rest assure this business is going to close pretty soon.
