Did a course with Chris Poole and a week later Sean hooper, both very knowledgeable and learned a lot…would highly recommend using IHSA for any course

The worst training center out there and the only good thing for them is NCSO and possible COR. But COR is a waste of time as there programing is flawed and their instructors drag on information. Very disappointed

Good facility with some very informative courses and classes. The instructors are well informed and knowledgeable. The building is under construction which can interfere with classes because of noise. Not too many options for food and drinks in the area, tho there's a coffee truck coming around twice a day (maybe more).

Customer Service? What customer service??It has become impossible to get hold of anyone at IHSA without knowing someone's extension. You wait on hold for someone to pick up at Customer Service only to be eventually sent to the voicemail box. I've left messages asking for a call back, but nobody returns my call.

I like the training that goes on here, but mostly I like the staff. Most are intelligent and very helpful.

I did a working at heights refresher at the Hamilton location. My biggest complaint was no female harnesses were available to use (cross front which is known to be more comfortable for women, but especially larger chested women). Please make this small effort to be inclusive of all genders who require this training. Thanks.

Can always count on leaving this training Centre just that much smarter on how to be safe and keep people we work with safe. The trainers are very knowledgeable and you can tell they are passionate about what they teach.

Site Superintendent for large construction contracting company calling for information on course requirements for NCSO.Company is willing to fund the course and requires total costs and time length.Called Marie at the Etobicoke office and she refused to give me the Total Cost but instead told me she'd walk me through how to use a calculator.Rudest Custmer Service Ever,Thoroughly Disgusted.Shawn Cook,

Excellent instructors and they offer a wide variety of course materials. The only problem is their premise. It is like a maze.

I just finished my 1 day course for working at heights - fundamentals of fall protection with Adam Rothwell as the instructor. He dictated the codes and regulations both by the book as well as in real life situations and scenarios. The course was broken up into chunks with breaks spread out in proper intervals so you were able to stretch / use the washroom without missing any instructions. We went through a practical test as well as a written test at the end of it. This is the 4th time I've gone for working at heights however the first time i did it through IHSA and comparing it to previous courses I was very impressed. The instructor was engaging, thorough and had models and pieces of equipment to show us the different devices without just looking at a slideshow for the whole day. Very well done. Generally I get very sleepy during lecture based situations but it was easy to stay engaged for the whole time. Thanks for the knowledge. Cheers.
