I really wish I asked the person working here's name! Because they are amazing. They were so kind and sweet and I honestly loved the time I was with them and I will DEFINITELY be going back here because the price was great and I enjoyed coming here.It is a small and cozy store and the two walls are stacked with any colour of yarn you are looking for, it's exciting! They have crochet needles as well in different sizes and personally again, the price is great.Also you are helping out a small business!I am new to crocheting and it was so sweet because she helped me so much and I appreciate it deeply!She showed me the different needle types and even showed me a bit of crocheting and how to start!She was patient with me and helped guide me in the right direction when I wasn't even sure what to be getting!She is so talented and fabulous and I am so happy this store exists!

Beautiful place, lots of thread/string/yarn options for people who like to crochet

Maria was so kind and patient, I brought in a roll of yarn that was completely tangled and she fixed it for me. I will definitely be supporting this business going forward!

This was by far the best store I have ever gone to for wool and knitting supplies! The lady behind the desk was extremely kind and welcoming and very helpful as well! I would 100% recommend this place to anybody I know who loves to crochet and needs some wool or thread!

Recently had the pleasure to visit Melody Crochet. The shop is a cozy warm room filled with crochet thread of all colors. Good quality Egyptian crochet thread and other yarn. Maria was very helpful and we chatted over some of her recent projects. The only little thing to warn about - the store is cash only" store (no ATM or credit card payments available)."

It was okay. Very disappointed in the crochet hook selection, I’m not asking for much but wal mart has more to offer. The yarn looked nice and affordable. I do wish there was more of a colour selection. Would have loved to see a crochet book/pattern section and more yarn weights.

I got to talking with Maria she was the sweetest lady and helped me to find evreything I needed the store is colourful and cozy and you don’t want to leave would highly recommend

Melody Crochet is a wonderful small business that has been operating for over 47 years! Here is why I fell in love with store after one visit:Goods: This store has a plethora of different sorts of yarn as well as a nice selection of crochet hooks. I was able to find the items I needed!Space: Walking in, this store felt welcoming. Seeing the little crocheted garments and adorable hats felt comforting. I also loved the array of colors in full display here!Staff: We were greeted by the sweetest person! She was warm, kind, and gave us great recommendations on what to buy. We felt welcomed by her and I enjoyed how she went into a bit about crocheting in Portuguese culture. Her character makes me want to return again and again!Pricing: I got a crochet hook for $2.50 and VERY nice cotton yarn. My total was around $10 which I think is very reasonable! Something to keep in mind is that this place only accepts cash so come prepared or be ready to stop by an ATM.I cannot wait to come back here for my next crochet project! ♥︎

Great little store with lots of selection!

Maria is so helpful and kind. I also love the yarn from Portugal, its so soft. I will always go there.
