Went there this morning to ship 14 boxes and was told there was a challenge with how we wanted to ship this via FedEx. The guy I dealt with worked with me to make this happen and it all got shipped. Great experience and they definitely have customer service in mind.

I highly recommend this place. They always try to give their best in terms of service and clearly goes above and beyond. I do understand the difficulty in tracking all shipments when dealing with a large number of carriers.Pleasant Experience: I had to mail a fragile art work at the last minute and did not have the right sized box. I called them because they were close by and had multiple carriers to choose from.They gave me a reasonable estimate for packing and shipping as I clearly asked for it on phone.Once I got there they did exactly what they had promised in a better way. Their packaging was so professional. I am happy with their service.If you are looking for a decent experience with top notch packing, they are the ones!

If I could give this place a zillions stars I would. Georgie who helped me today was incredible. So helpful and kind, and he packaged my item for me perfectly. I mean… he knew it was an expensive item I was shipping and he literally cut the box down to fit it exactly to size so it wouldn’t move around. He was a magician. Thank you Georgie!!!! The service was excellent and timely, I would highly recommend for anyone who is looking to send packages, they also had a variety of boxes so it wasn't hard to ship my order that consisted of bulky items.

I’m an artist shipping large décor items worldwide. The previous owners were phenomenal and reasonable; friendly family business types. After a hiatus I returned to find new ownership and attempting scam artists. I was quoted an insanely superfluous amount to ship abroad and declined. To stop me from leaving the clerk referred to the calculator on his phone, claiming he could give me a “discount”. Let it be known I had not been a customer while they owned the company and was a stranger to them. It was almost $400 less than (yet not even half) the original quote (WHAT?! HOW?!) and was still more than I got paid for the entire work itself plus anticipated shipping (which was not insignificant). In the end I found literally (like, actually) less than an eighth of their original quote easily elsewhere. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! COVID-19 unfortunately killed this previously wonderful business, too.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. My package never made it to its destination. The courier company did not even attempt to deliver it, instead waited 5 days and then sent it back to me?!?!? The Packaging Depot took my money and did nothing after that. Do not use them, they do not care about your package, they only care about money. $56.50 down the drain and I got nothing in return. Oh, and it took three weeks for me to find out what happened to my package. The Packaging Depot takes no responsibility for mistakes and just blames it on the courier. Terrible, terrible customer service.
