Trevor went above and beyond to help me acquire a thicker than usual underlay for my new laminate flooring. He took his time speaking with me and answered all of my questions. Fast forward 6 months to today and I am beyond thrilled with how my new floor feels and sounds. Never would have happened without Trevor’s expertise and ability to acquire that product.

I recently bought a condo and had Ashley Fine Floors install cork flooring.David was fantastic throughout the entire process and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service than what he provided.Roman and his installation team got the whole floor installed in one day. There was a small problem with the glue on the transition strips and Roman was there to make it right within 24 hours.It was just an overall amazing experience and the floor is absolutely gorgeous!I highly recommend Ashley Fine Floors.

We had Ashley’s do the hardwood flooring during our renovation (March 2022). The professionalism, attention to detail, and cleanliness throughout the project could not be beat. We are very picky, to the point of maybe expecting too much. But Ashley’s exceeded our expectations.We chose to compliment the flooring with the upgrade of our stairway to the upper floor. Hardwood treads, with white stringers and white risers. Brought the whole house to a different level of aesthetics. Couldn’t be happier.After 1 year (Spring 2023) we required one minor repair. Ashley’s covered it under warranty. The same installer from 2022 came back, used plastic to protect the whole kitchen from dust, and replaced two boards in a couple hours. Can’t tell that anything was changed.Our Salesman was Anthony. Not sure if I should give the installer’s name. But speak with Anthony and he can help you out. He can also provide my cell number as a reference if you have any other questions. You could even come take a look at the work! We replaced the dated sheet vinyl floor in two bathrooms with grouted vinyl tile. The experience with Ashley Fine Floors was great from start to finish starting with the no pressure but prompt and knowledgeable sales person to the professional installers. All my needs were met by the friendly staff and uplifting “vibe” in the store. I have already recommended Ashley to all my family, friends and even my worst enemies as they also deserve top service even if I hate their guts. the fresh smell of new floor does something for me and I always find a friendly face when I need to shop for a new project for my local home rehabilitation company. Many thanks to Ashley and her team for the excellent work they did installing the heated tile bathroom floor in our condominium! This was all done long distance from coordinating the on site inspection, to choosing the 12x24" tile and groat. While another company took 1 week to return my initial phone call

Ashley flooring is where a recommend going for all kinds of flooring. We have used them now twice. They keep you informed and have great products. Also huge thanks to the contractors Moe and his brother, they explained things as they laided our vinyl plank floors also fixed any mistakes or thing we felt weren't right without question. If you get these guys your in great hands. Project management David was as well very helpful and willing fix small things after install. Some times you find things after clean up.

Finally replaced some worn out carpet- called Ashley, Fine Floors and talked to Jake. He came the next day with sample board, I chose a carpet and he measured and gave me an estimate. Within two weeks ( fast IMO) , the carpet was installed. Looks great - just what I wanted. From start to finish an excellent experience. Highly recommend this flooring company. Thanks Ashley FF!

When we decided to renovate the entire main floor of our home (which included all new floors) we shopped at several stores before choosing Ashley Fine Floors. The sales staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and took time helping us make our selections. The installers were excellent and did a beautiful job on the tile and hardwood floors. We were very happy with the service from start to finish and will definitely shop there again.
