My partner and I have been at Rochelles couple of times and both encounters have been nothing but pleasant. During our last visit, Fal was able to assist us with our purchase. She was informative and very pleasant to deal with.

One of my wifes favourite toy shops. She collects Pandora jewellery and they almost always have stock of new and desirable designs. Staff know their products and are patient and pleasant.Very helpful for partners who don't shop for jewellery often.

perhaps the best way for me to review Rochells Jewellers is to say i have made three purchases. first a white gold heart necklace ringed with diamonds on a matching white gold chain. followed by two more visits purchasing a ring both times. the way i see things when you are treated right, find what your looking for why would you go elsewhere. the only problem, if you could say that is each visit i see something else i want.

Beware! Although the service I received today was very friendly and somewhat helpful, the manager in duty tonight should maybe take a class in morals. I brought in my fossil watch to get a new battery, I knew it was difficult to open the watch because I normally change my watch batteries myself. Sonia (the manager) confidently said she could do the job. When I found she was taking too long I poked my head in the back where she was working on my watch out of sight and she replied that she was almost done. No problem I thought, because she knows what she's doing I thought. I paid just under $17 had a friendly chat with one of her coworkers and went my merry way.However when I put my watch on, it fell off! I obviously inspected my watch in confusion to find out that one of the arms holding the pin for the band was pushed way out of place and when I went back to see the manager she flat out lied and denied ruining my watch. Honestly had she told me about it to begin with I wouldn't have had a problem. But I guess the $16 and change I paid for the battery and service was to important and she must have been afraid that she might have to return it.She did do a tiny adjustment to attempt to set it right and I further adjusted myself as well. Is hard to see as it's a very small part but pics are there.I just got out of there as fast as I could rather than letting her out up the fight she was clearly ready for.

Excellent customer service. A very welcoming store. I have had pleasant experience and encounters with every personnel at this store. They are very patient and do their best to help you and provide you with their best offers. Have never felt rushed or ignored, even when I am just browsing and not making a purchase. Keep up the good service. You guys rock!

Boyfriend bought me a lovely necklace on sale for a very good price but the chain broke when I took it home. Definitely should NOT have happened for the price. The lady didn’t actually end up apologizing either..The piece was beautiful but we ended up exchanging it for a different item all together.I ended up with a very dainty diamond surrounded ring for around the same price and I’m very happy with it! No problems so far!Good sales in this jewelry store allow you to get really nice pieces at a discounted price :)I probably won’t go back due to the inconvenience but I’m very happy with my new ring :)

Sonia helped me today when I went in to purchase a beautiful nose ring at the Surrey central location. Her customer service is marvelous, we ended up chatting and the sale went pretty smooth! She's a great go to person at Rochells Jewellers. Highly recommended

My daughter's gold chain broke in the same place as this so called jewelry shop repaired it 1 yr earlier.When asking to repair this chain again, I requested for them to remove the previous solder because I didn't want the new repair and the old repair in one huge blab of solder. So the person that works there figured I asked to remove ALL the gold chain from the previous solder and attach the clasp back at the end of the chain. So now my daughter's gold chain, which I paid close to 500$ for, is 4 inches SHORTER.Last time I will do any kind of business with.Stay away, stay far far away!UPDATE!!! 2 MONTHS after Rochelle fixed My daughter's gold chain...you guessed it, IT BROKE IN THE SAME PLACE THEY SOLDERED IT..I won't ever go back to that useless store, NEVER!!!Stay away, stay far far away!!!
