Lauren gave my lockdown hair a whole new make-over. I told her I was ready for a change and let her do her thing, looks great and feels so much healthier. Thank you!

Honestly some of the best service I've had in a very long time. They're patient and very caring. I have invisible disabilities I made them aware of and they really hit the ball outta the park with cutting my hair and being very accommodating. Lauren did my hair, she's a sparkler and very lovely too talk to. I'll be going back in the future for sure and recommending friends and family.

I have been going to this salon for years. Cass has helped make my blonde hair dreams come true. Erin has done an amazing job with my microbladed eyebrows. I will never go to anyone else for these services! Every employee at Vienna is friendly and truly cares about meeting the needs of each client. I just had my first visit here with Lauren… oh my goodness.. where do I start? Probably the best hair cut I’ve had in a VERY long time, if ever! I wish I could give her 10 stars! She took the time with me, SO nice and bubbly, she listened to what I WANTED! ( I’ve gone through a few hairstylists where they’re nice, but they just didn’t listen to what I ask for and tend to do what they want and then I’m left cutting my own hair trying to fix it and absolutely hating it!) Another thing that I appreciated with something she did with me, and I know it sounds silly. But she showed me the back of my hair with a mirror! Also with other stylists it’s almost become non existent to show the customer the back. So when she past me the mirror, I think I could have hugged her lol! First time here and it won’t be my last. She drew the short straw, because she’s stuck with me for life now!! ;-p

Erin and Cass helped me get ready for my wedding day and ensured I was well taken care of! From eyelash extensions to hair style and make up these ladies made it feel as though I was getting ready with my girlfriends. Their care and attention to detail did not go unnoticed - HIGHLY recommend for any and all of your beauty needs!Thanks again! Will definitely be back.

I absolutely LOVE my hair thanks to Janica! She did an amazing job creating a blonde balayage and I am loving it. I get compliments everyday on my new look! I also take my 3 year old to her. She is great with kids!

Cass is amazing!!! I actually followed her here from a previous salon she was with a few years ago as I couldn't bear to part with her. She did STUNNING highlights and hair extensions for me. Not only is she an expert at what she does but she is so so so kind. I had to move to a different province unfortunately and even from across the country she was helping me by giving hair advice- absolutely the best person and hair stylist around.

Owner Erin and her team of amazingly skilled women work endlessly to help support our community with incredible services!!!Cass recently lightened my hair about 3 weeks ago, and during the appointment she was extremely thorough asking more questions before applying lightener than ever! I appreciate her methodical approach, and how she was honest about the process. My favourite part is that she does not use heat to increase the processing time! She cares about the integrity of your hair! And has great chair side manour, and is there to learn about you ... not talk about herself!Erin has been taking care of my eyebrows for 3 years now. She cares about her clients, and is always keeping herself educated on the latest and greatest advancements available to her in the beauty industry. She works tirelessly for her team, and her community. After I had my first eyebrow appointment, my level of confidence boosted and I felt like myself again after going through such a struggle with anxiety and loosing hair on my eyebrows.
