The worst French manicure I've ever had. Looked like my 5 yr old niece did it with the sally Hansen sticker kit. Be warned.

Always come here to get my nails done. I don't know why there are bad reviews but every time I have gone here in the past year I have never had a bad experience. Super nice salon with very friendly staff. I understand why some people may feel rushed but I think it just might be a bit of language barrier and I am always considerate to those situations. Overall they take their time to ensure you get what you want and if everything is okay for you. Prices are reasonable as well and hasn't gone up like how these other salons are like crazy! I would 10/10 recommend coming here for shellac/gel manicures and pedicures. Also love doing my eyebrows here for waxing.

My first time going to this nail salon wasn't the best... It was two of us who went.. I had a younger-looking girl with curly hair; she did a wonderful job on my nails.. Meanwhile, my friend did not. The older lady who did her nails were not done well, rushed, bumpy, wayyy too rounded for coffin. The fills are $25!! Other than that the place is well kept, clean and nice. Not too many colours but that's okay.. Will I go back? Probably not.

Will never be back. I have been coming for a year never once late and have often waited over 10 minutes for my scheduled appointment to begin. I arrive today 5 minutes late. Was ignored and then told “girl left for Niagara Falls” no eye contact so I call BS. Cleanliness has polish quality has gone down hill also.

I have loved the location in Niagara for a very long time, I went there for years and loved everyone who worked there however when I moved and started coming to the Grimsby location I have found they’ve always been very rude to me even if I was just trying to make an appointment. And the service wasn’t even good. I have never gotten anything I have ever asked for there. Very disappointing from what I was used to. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

Been here a few times and its definitely hit or miss like most people are saying. Really depends on who you get.. last time I went the lady butchered my cuticles so badly they were bleeding and instead of apologizing she just quickly wiped them with rubbing alcohol. Not a fun experience at all definitely won’t be going back after that.

Went to get my nails done this afternoon. I had a picture of exactly what I wanted. It was only after the man was finished, he told me he didn’t know how to do the design. Completely different from the picture, and the nail polish was already chipping. Went back an hour later and asked for him to do a more simple design, since he couldn’t do what I asked for. He yelled at me in front of everyone in the store. I showed him the other design, and he accuses me of just wanting a free and new nail design. No. I picked something else because you butchered the first job. The whole experience was so uncomfortable. I will never go back. Don’t waste your time or money here.

DO NOT GO!!! My experience was absolutely awful!! First they cut my toe made it bleed so bad and we’re going to pour alcohol on it, I told them no that is not okay! Second they sprayed alcohol on my friends toes and legs and third they sent us home without our nails drying and they were wrecked by the time we got home! Not clean, unprofessional and bad communication and expensive! PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE! I will never go again!

They do a really good job with nails and the staff is very sweet and they listen to you and understand what design you want. Also the prices are affordable.

I got a pedicure, paint, and shellac on my finger nails last Saturday. Left for Mexico Sunday, the shellac started chipping and peeling off 2 days into my vacation. Toe nails also chipped 5 days in now. I've never had this issue. Poor quality all round.
