Many thanks to the great team at Cottonwood Dental Care in Maple Ridge! I eagerly endorse this group of professionals! I'd like to start with the first person you meet; Rosie. She is a breath of fresh air... very friendly, welcoming and a carries a warm smile. In addition, her desire and ability to take care of clients is unmatched. When I experienced some difficulties with my insurance provider, she was in my corner; respectfully and persuasively communicating with their agents to resolve the issue. Rosie is indeed a wonderful asset as the front line reception for this dental care provider.The dentist who took care of me, Dr. Abby Sra is not only very skillful, but friendly, gentle and caring. It felt as if I was in very capable and trustworthy care. Both the CDA and the hygienist were equally gentle, caring and very accomplished. All three of these talented ladies made me feel wonderfully cared for, despite having to get dental work done.Furthermore, the office and facilities is outstanding. Clean, modern with enough electronic audio/visual components to distract a person from the dental work being performed.Many sincere thanks to all of you!

I am a giant chicken when it comes to the dentist. I've put it off for years because I hate it so much (which yes then makes my visits worse....I am aware!)I read some good reviews about Cottonwood and its close to home so I gave it a try thinking there was no way it would live up to the excellent reviews I read.I was wrong. Its better then the reviews. Terri-Lynne put me right at ease immediately. When I told her I was anxious she kept me well informed and explained everything so I wasn't so nervous. She was so gentle. Like I didn't know you could clean teeth so gently yet do such a thorough job. Highly recommend!

Very welcoming and a great supportive team . Very relaxing and bright and clean . Staff are great very accommodating, professional. I would recommend this office hands down . Actually my buddy is going to go to them as I spoke so highly about this office . And I’m more than fussy .

I have been without a dentist for [censored] years so I was very nervous to go in with a sore tooth. Rosie at the front desk, Heather (the dental assistant) and Dr. Sra have taken excellent care of me. They didn't shame me for being away for so long. They just make sure that my teeth are taken care of. The office is also beautiful. A very soothing environment to get potentially stressful work done in.The rest of my family is going to start coming here too for cleanings and other tooth maintenance.Ps. Rosie 100% did not ask me to say this but I doubt I would be alive still if it wasn't for Rosie. She knocked me out of the way of a speeding vehicle in the parking lot with no consideration for her own safety. For that, I will always be grateful. I think she should get some kind of medal from the City for bravery.

Best dentist I have ever dealt with. My hygienist Terri-Lynn is the sweetest person I have ever met and they make everything so easy. I really appreciate how friendly the entire staff are. Wouldn’t go anywhere but here :)

I had an excellent experience at Cottonwood Dental Care today! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and Dr. Payam was fantastic. Terri-Lynne was my hygienist, and she did an exceptional job cleaning my teeth. She was super nice and caring, and she explained everything she was doing. I really appreciated her attention to detail. Overall, I highly recommend Cottonwood Dental Care to anyone in need of dental services.

Cottonwood dental is amazing! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They were so patient with my daughter and all her 6 year old shenanigans. The office was so clean! I would highly recommend this dental office to everyone.

Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Dental work is top class and they go the extra mile to cause as little pain as possible. Thanks everyone.
