I had prolonged if not avoided my inevitable realization that I needed glasses. Something I was not ready to do as I was in “Elegant denial” .Given this hesitation on my part Draga made my purchase and prescription of new eye glasses for me a positive experience all around. Her knowledge of optometry and unassuming nature genuinely made me feel very comfortable to deal with her. Not once did I ever feel pressured or intimidated to ask her any questions. Her patience and ability to pick out the right frame and lens for me was very much appreciated. In addition my prescription was challenging but she nailed it!Her follow up and customer service even as I observed her dealing with others in her office has been very professional to say the least.I do not write reviews often but I felt this was well deserved to do so.Thank you so much!

Had a great experience at this location! Draga and her staff are amazing and so friendly!The optometrist was great! the appointment went really well, after getting my eyes checked I decided to take a look at getting some computer glasses.An associate named Kelly helped me out, she was fantastic, I didn't really know what style of glasses I wanted but she immediately had suggestions that fit my face shape and looked amazing!After ordering the glasses came in super quick, and she fitted them for me. They're super comfortable and already my eyes are feeling better at the end of my work day!!Would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking for an optometrist, or just to buy some glasses, especially if you need help picking them out!!

The service is exceptional. I have had glasses for 50 years. The prescription glasses received here are by far the best pair of glasses I have ever had. Draga is extremely knowledgeable and she take the time to make sure that the glasses are the best possible for you. If you are need of glasses, i would strongly recommend that you check this place out. You will be glad you did.

I originally walked in just to get glasses (I had purchased from somewhere else) repaired and at the end she wasn’t even going to charge me! ( i ended up tipping her what I guessed the repair would cost haha) The best customer service I’ve ever experienced in any store, the lady I dealt with (I wish I got her name, she seems like the owner) was amazing, very knowledgeable, and super friendly. The adjustments she made on my glasses were the best I’ve ever had. These old glasses feel like new and as I was waiting for the repair they even have great name brands and their prices are great too! I’m definitely coming here for my next new pair of glasses.Thank you so much.

She will rip you off in terms of price. Sam thing you will get from the market in better price and quality. Absolutely wastage of money
