E-bike Toronto warehouse – Tankx Electric Bicycles

I have had a great experience with this warehouse!They have a variety of E bikes for every need and purpose. I got an amazing one from them for a very competitive price compared to the market.A bonus is the great manners of the warehouse owners, very friendly.Mr. Waleed was extremely helpful and an amazing person.Highly recommend.

Highly recommended!!! Amazing ebike, great customer service, amazing deals and the guy who sold me the ebike is just awesome!!!! Even though I was super late as they're about to close, he kept store opened just for me!! He was even kind enough to even offer me drinks, free upgrades and tips/advice!! Not only they sell cool ebikes they also do repairs!!! I can't get over how this shop awesome!! Once again highly recommended!!!

Amazing bike! The best price you can get for a good quality bike in Toronto. Customer service was top notch. Very friendly and helpful owner who truly cares about their customers. Best part you can you even go for spin and try them out! Give them a go if you shopping for a bike and live in GTA.

I bought a e bike before one month. Owner is Friendly until he get the money from my self. Once he got the money he kept me in waiting and care other customer. He changed totally once we got the receipt. And the bike was 1200$ tank cargo bike such a cheap very low quality. I repaired 3 times for 1 month. I’m done now!!I never recommend this place.Better spend some more $ and get a good one

After speaking with Sayge the owner on the phone me and my dad visited the store to pick up a new e-bike for him . Sayge and his father run the store and were just amazing to deal with , real first class guy with amazing customer service ...he really went out of his way to make sure my dad had the right bike and gave him a fabulous deal. He even through in some extras , you cant beat this service and top notch customer service...Visit this guy for your next ebike purchase I assure you that you will be not be dispspointed

Never buy from here.jist want to sell.The guy tells you everything About the warranties and purchasing but nothing covers even if you bring next day with any issues.All lies to sell theire bikes.he shows you warranties but its not.Not worth.

Amazing help from Sage and loving the Tankx Folding bikes.I am the kind of person who created a spreadsheet with over a dozen bikes, multiple test drives, and spend at least three days a week fat biking year round; so I knew what I need and appreciated the help of a knowledgeable person like Sage.Sage was patient, allowing multiple test drives, answering my questions and sharing his expertise. There was also a minor issue with one bike which he solved quickly.The Tankx V1 for my wife and Tankx V2 for me - have been test driven (in the cold/snow) over the last 10 days and we found that we got 80km from a full charge on assist mode averaging about 35km/hr.We test drove less expensive 350W eBikes but the Tankx to go a much faster, I am very glad we have 500W motor (I weigh 180lb). I can see lots of scenarios that going 50+km/hr would be good. It can be set to go up to a blazing 100km/hr ... but the electrical strain on the battery and motor should be considered (plus safety) so set it as you deem safe.We can get both the bikes in our Toyota Corolla, one in the trunk and one in the back seat. Not easy but certainly doable for when we want to go on a trip but the van (or an SUV) is much easier.We are also very pleased that they are easy to peddle, especially if you leave the battery out, which will be important if you decide to travel on a plane with an ebike since taking large batteries can be problematic.Looking forward to exploring much wider and more trails as the weather improves. Since we mostly do trail riding, the added stability of fat tires give better traction and a smoother ride that is really important to us (you will get the Tankx with fully inflated tires for the best range but consider dropping the pressure for a smoother ride that is easier on the joints/arthritis if you are over 50yrs old).Thank you again Sage for your time.

Would gove zero stars if could. Sketchy business" when you pay in cash I guess then they dont give proper receipt/invoice. Just a business card stating price paid!Verbal 1yr warranty supposedly covers only unused bones lolI had questions and the owner became abusive and rude that I coukdnt understand why I couldnt get an invoice to gove to the manufacturer that wants to help cover defective bike since this company lies saying has warranty!But cant get that because paid cash and they "throw out" invoices...really!!!?So I'm reporting them to Revenue Canada etc."

The owner was super friendly and super helpful. Even on a cold winter day he brought out two of his bikes for me to test ride. Both bikes (Tankx brand) felt really excellent and the price is very competitive. They have both pedal-assist and throttle only bikes. I also got to meet the mechanic who builds these bikes; very likeable and knowledgeable. I was told I could bring the bike back to the store when I needed servicing. I would definitely recommend this store if you are in the market for a reasonably priced e-bike. However, if you are new to e-bikes like I am, it is worth your while to research online a bit before you head to any bike shop so you can make a more informed evaluation of bikes you see.
