Very hard to get their jobs done on time. Status of certificate paid more than 100 bucks and took them more than 10 days and still hasn't received it without any acknowledgement. Unbelievable!I am glad I don't need this anymore longer with this type of condo management service.

This is a great property management company, providing excellent quality and outstanding service The staff are very friendly and experienced. They should call themselves mismanagement company because I dont see them managing anything in my building. They are really unprofessional people. They are consistent in missing deadlines of any project in the building. No updates are provided to the residents after missing deadline. Just blame others and no sense of responsibility from them. Very quick when increasing management fees but slow in every other task.

I started working for Andrejs Management Inc. in March 2022.Andrejs is an extremely fast-growing company and a wonderful place to work! The leadership team at Andrejs work extremely hard, leading by example, and they truly treat their employees as equals in the workplace. They are very approachable and understanding, and provide support when needed.Training processes are great and really help people to feel comfortable in each position. The co-workers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate to helping you if needed. We as managers are fully supported by a highly qualified accounting and administrative staff, ensuring that our Boards of Directors and we as property managers have the assistance required for the efficient running of each Condominium.The hiring process was wonderful and easily streamlined. All expectations were made clear throughout the entire process. I look forward to making a full career at Andrejs by achieving the expectations placed in front of me.

We hired Andrejs at our condo corp after we had a terrible company that billed by the minute like lawyers and did no work (except to pick up their cheques). We currently have a great property manager who has done a great job at getting the job done. I recommend using this company if you are in the market for a property management company.

Extremely Poor and unprofessional Management Service. We are living in a condo building in Mississauga and the air conditioning system hasn’t been turned on. It has been under repair since last 6 weeks. First they said it will be turned on no later than June 15th and that deadline is long passed. After several follow ups they said it will be turned on or before June 30th and today there was 0 update and no AC was turned on. They did not even post an update despite so many residents asking questions on the condo control discussion group. Summer has already started along with heat warning. Several residents are having difficulty in breathing due to forest fire fumes and the unit is becoming a boiling pot. answers and there is 0 sensitivity for the property managers in this regard.

I really have a great experience with the company as a whole. I couldn't recommend them more! The staff is very professional and are great people to take care of the property. I appreciate the quality and work ethic they bring in every area. As the owner of a property, its a great experience. The property manager is very knowledgeable and excellent in answering all my questions and concerns. The staff always provide information to all residents of upcoming events and also what to do in many situations.

Working for Andrejs Management has been an incredibly rewarding experience! They have provided a supportive and encouraging work environment, with clear goals and expectations that help challenge employees to do their best. I'm excited and proud to be part of such a professional team!

Poor Management Service. Living by 215 queen street east, the air conditioning system isn’t working since 3 weeks. Everyday the notice is posted saying we are trying to resolve the issue. Summer has already started along with heat warning and they are trying to resolve the ac issues since 3 weeks. When tried to contact the property manager no one answers. 0 management!!!

Absolute joke of a property management company. The site manager is slow to respond, and more often than not delays took much longer to be resolved than they were by the previous property management team. On a side note, find it quite hilarious that we have an employee of the company giving the organization a 5 star rating.
