Leon's Furniture

I went into Leon’s today to purchase a dining set. My husband and I were in sitting at a dining set for 15 mins and not one salesperson came to talk to us. We ended up walking out and purchasing a set at Ashley furniture. Where we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and had excellent service.I wouldn’t recommend Leon’s to anyone!

Never shop here they sell junk and blame the consumer when it falls apart lesson learned. Talk about a place that preys on first time shoppers that never go back.

Unbelievable! Went in to buy a dishwasher and 2 bed sets ( mattress,boxspings, metal frames). I told the salesman that I only want to buy if everything is in stock. I was told it was. Great

I want to start this review off by saying the salesman and delivery team were great!My husband and I purchased a new mattress and EZ Base frame from Leon’s and the frame was delivered with the hardware and instructions missing from the box. We called them and told them the situation, which they thankfully had the hardware for our frame, so we picked it up. The store is now closed and we are left at home, not able to put the frame together because we weren’t given all of the hardware pieces needed to complete the frame. This usually wouldn’t be such an inconvenience, however I am 7 months pregnant and have a hard time getting out of bed as it is, not to mention out of a bed that is at ground level. We will not be buying any furniture from them in the future and will not be recommending them to any friends or family.

Just left Leon’s and we were looking for a new bed for my aunt. One of the sales guys was more into his phone than customer service. Then my wife and aunt went to ask a question about something and as they walked towards sales reps they both walked away. That’s not customer service to me.

I am not impressed with their service. I drove 1 hour to make sure i was there from 9 to 12. I missed there call and called back 5 minutes later. They knew my address and refused to answer when i called them back. I had to co tact there office and was told they were behind in schedule and would have to work out another time. I now have no furniture to sit on and have to make payments for there neglet.

I bought love seat and sofa from Red deer Leon . Store Staff ( I think Cole ) was really helpful and courteous. 4 star for his wonderful serviceButDelivery person Jo..n were rude and racist towards my wife and family . His selection of words were rough .. Delivery person was late . I did call to Leon office to see if delivery is coming or not .. I was told expect a call from driver .. Driver called me from his personal number and told me he will be ing close to 4 pm . After 4 pm I texted to same number from where I got call and text was as following “ Hi , Are you coming to xxxx Orr Drive ?” When delivery person rang the door bell my wife answer and he start using rough words .. I asked him the reason of his rude behaviour and he said why you texted me on my personal number ??? Although he did call me from same number .. During moving the stuff he was totally rude and racist. I am looking forward to hear what Leon do to stop this happening again ????

I thought the sales man Mike went above and beyond. Knowledgeable, curtious and friendly. Would highly recommend Leon's and Mike the salesperson for your next furniture and appliance purchase

Well I’m very disappointed, my sales rep was amazing, delivery was amazing, but the fact that upon arrival, my easy base frame did not come with all the pieces. I received my delivery around 3pm today.The box was obviously returned at some point, I would assume since it was taped together, however while trying to assemble it I noticed the hardware wasn’t in the box. I called customer care and they said they would look into it and call me back. I never received any response. I went down to the store at about 6:15pm and they had a bag of hardware waiting for me accompanied with a “oh sorry, we meant to call you.”My 7 month pregnant wife and I, carried on with the rest of our evening returning home at 9:15pm tonight for myself to assemble the base. Upon attempting to assemble again, I noticed they only sent us with bolts and screws. I come to find out it is missing: the 4 legs, the 4 right angle mounting brackets and the 2 metal support legs for the cross members that support the slats.Needless to say, I guess the pregnant wife and myself will be sleeping at floor level tonight and now she has to endure the hardship of getting off the floor multiple times a night. Thanks Leon’s, I’ll see you tomorrow.

Trystan helped us pick out a washing machine and a mattress, super nice guy, very personable. Whole experience was very pleasant. Great sales!! Thx Trystan and Leon's crew.
