Every single one of the instructors is SO kind, welcoming, and helpful. The energy at this studio is so positive, not only have they helped me increase my skills and always make sure I’m having fun, but they make EVERYONE feel so welcome and cheer you on no matter what your skill level, abilities, beliefs, body type, etc. Everyone truly feels welcome and it’s such a great place to make friends as well. They have a huge variety of classes that absolutely anybody can find something they love. Trust me, this is literally my favourite place to be!! I’m so glad that I found them!!! :D <3

I started attending classes at PFA in December 2022 and I haven’t stopped since! The atmosphere is so welcoming and encouraging. The instructors are kind and knowledgeable, and the vibe is fun and supportive. They offer a wide variety of classes, including lyra (aerial hoop), pole, Pilates, barre, yoga, various styles of dance, and more. I am thoroughly enjoying exploring all the different classes. The facility is in a safe, well-lit area and the studio itself is clean and well maintained. If you are on the fence about trying a new kind of fitness, do yourself a favour and go! You won’t regret it!!

This is an amazing place to get your physical and mental fitness. The classes are unique art styles but never something you will feel impossible. The instructors and the owners do great job of teaching and encouraging everyone. It is a friendly, energetic environment. My best wishes are with them to expand and grow and reach more people ☺️

I can't say enough good things about PFA. Firstly, all of the instructors are very knowledgeable, professional and bring enthusiasm to every class. In addition, there is a wide variety of classes to take and try to get out of your comfort zone. There's even little touches such as the candles, LED lights, uplifting messages on the wall, and the rose spray that teachers use after class that adds something special. But the thing that I love the most about Phoenix Fitness for the Arts is the community. I have never been in a dance space where I have felt more at home, welcomed, and safe. The teachers and individuals who attend class are so welcoming and uplifting that it enables you to grow and expand your physical and mental health. Whether you are just starting your dance journey or you are wanting to continue dancing, this is the place for you. I am so grateful to have found PFA because I have tried new things that I was too scared to try before, and it is such an amazing outlet after working and studying all day. - xo Maddie

I was pretty nervous coming back to pole and dance after being on hiatus for over 2 years but the ladies of PFA made it such a welcoming and positive experience for me. There are a number of different classes to choose from and you can tell each instructor loves what they do and actually wants to be there.I would highly recommend PFA to anyone looking to try something new or get a workout in without having to go to a gym. I can guarantee you no matter what classes you choose to take, you'll work and gain muscles you never even knew existed!

I’ve done a few classes here and I am loving it. All the teachers and other girls taking the classes are super friendly and it’s definitely fine to take classes with no prior experience. Classes can be a bit expensive if you just register for one at a time but I’ve signed up for a membership so I can take as many as I like. Good combination of dance classes and workout classes!

I have been so impressed with the ladies of PFA. From their customer service, professionalism, and customer service to their friendliness, skill, and class options. I have tried multiple classes and had a different instructor each time. I always left class with a big smile on my face! I'm so happy to have found a dance studio as an adult with women as supportive and encouraging as those at PFA. Thanks girls!!

If you aren't sure about joining, let me tell you, you should. Run don't walk. I went to my first class with a little insecurity but that melted away the moment I walked into the studio. Everyone was so inviting, encouraging and legitimately so nice. I have never felt so comfortable doing something I've never done. Not only are you getting a killer workout, it's so fun!! There's no comparison to the environment. It is the environment we've all been looking for with such a friendly feel! I will be going back regularly. Invest in yourself with PFA, you won't be disappointed!

When I first found PFA, I was in a spot where I needed a safe community to do some serious self discovery, expression, and healing. There are so many classes to explore here in many styles of dance, aerial work, and overall fitness. Sarah and Kayla do a great job with their business and make it such a beautiful, peaceful place to be, and the community reflects that. I was part of the original trial week, and have been periodically in and out ever since (only because I have a lot going on and am unable to do it consistently full time). No matter how long I have been away, no matter my mood, no matter what unexpected stuff I bust out, I feel welcomed and wanted there. This is a magical space in the community and I highly recommend you give it a shot, no matter what experience you have or where you are in life.

Been going to PFA for about a month now and I am so happy to have pushed myself to go. As someone who isn't the most athletic, nor the most coordinated, the studio is an incredibly welcoming and inclusive environment full of friendly, enthusiastic, and patient instructors who are happy to help you achieve your goals. I have especially appreciated the extra care when they notice me struggling with a move or part of a choreography and they are willing to adjust the move for me or cheer me on if I'm really close to getting it. Can't wait to go back for my next class!
