Gol's Lanzhou Noodle Waterloo
The first time we had Gol’s we stumbled upon it walking around the University student plaza. We CRAVE their noodles now. Even though it’s better to eat in at the restaurant - the whole experience is easier and better, we decided the time to order takeout.I was so surprised how they packaged the food: made it very easy to serve and split into two portions.We got their noodle soup and added a tea soaked egg and vegetable (bok choy).The only suggestion I have is for them to include more vinegar and chili sauce with a take out order.

Gol's Lanzhou Noodle Waterloo
Consistently delicious Chinese hand pulled noodles. HUGE servings especially the large sized bowl. It's enough to share for two people or one with a big appetite! Their barbecue are also inedibly delicious with succulent meat skewers. My favorite is their lamb and their chicken cartilage. I love that their flavours are always well balanced and never too salty or spicy. Service is always impeccably fast and friendly. Always a joy to eat here whenever I am in town.

Nothing beats fresh hand pulled noodles. Flavour is amazing, staff is friendly and cheerful. My teawas kept full the entire meal. It can get quite busy during prime hours and it is worth the wait, or just come early.

Great food and good value for their portion size, especially for any college students looking for a tasty yet affordable meal. There was a line to get seated but went quickly and once we placed our order, the food came out quickly. Their noodles are always a hit. Overall, definitely recommend Gol’s Lanzhou Noodle!

If you’re craving good authentic noodles, this place makes them fresh on the spot.. very affordable and tasty dishes. Nice portions and side dishes to pair with entree. The BBQ selection had tons of options to choose from as well. Came on a Tuesday (which are 10% every week) and waited about 20mins in line. Service was high quality. Overall, worth checking out.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic noodle shop, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, The ambience was inviting, with soft lighting and comfortable seating. The aroma of freshly cooked noodles filled the air, instantly whetting my appetite. I had a group of four during a very busy dinner service, and they were fast to take our order and to bring out our food. The food seemed very fresh and had a clean presentation + tasted yummy.

The asian lady working at the cash register on 10 April 2023 at 8:15pm practically demanded that we tip. She asked if I wanted to pay cash, and I asked if there was any benefit to doing so. She said I would get 5% off if I did. So I agreed to pay cash. As she was printing the receipt, she emphasized that tips were not included. When she placed the receipt down on the table in front of me, she put the tip jar right on top of the receipt. I handed her a round number of bills, and after doing so, she counted the bills and immediately asked so x.xx will be your tip correct?" which was the exact amount of change. After she got the change
