TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Let me say that I am a small business owner and understand the issues that Covid had on all businesses but using Covid as an excuse after 2 years of dealing with it in unacceptable.The branch manager is unwilling to help and basically said my bank draft is worthless. Told me to go back to RBC and take the draft out as cash so she can deposit the cash instead. My draft wouldn’t be released immediately as there’s no value to the bank draft. Refused to help verify the draft and even threaten to even ban my bank draft from even being deposited ever. If you can’t train your staffs to do process and policies properly then don’t expect your customers to know the policies on bank drafts and why do they exist if it’s not real cash to begin with?I can get the same thing done at another TD branch and the manager was way more than willing to help. I don’t recommend you to come here unless you have 1.5 hours to spend traveling between branches to get things done.

Gustavo, Arjun, and Ryan are fantastic! I also really like the young lady with blonde hair and glasses. I'm sorry, I don't know her name.This is a very busy location, perhaps the busiest in Ottawa. The lines can be frustrating to wait in sometimes, always due to my fellow customers. The tellers do an amazing job of dealing with the clients in a timely fashion while not compromising customer service. I have seen how annoying the customers here can be and the reps always stay calm. Thank you!

This branch has two tellers in with 12 people in line. The wait times are very long. The branch manager just shrugs, says it's the start of the month and that he's busy going to make phone calls and that we just have to put up with it.

Direct deposit trans actions are not working loss of money that can't be found in your account after saying it was deposited directly. Photo check transfers that says it's deposited even know soon after the bank rejects it and doesn't tell you. If your handy cap disabled they don't care and will not help you figure things out but they will take your money

1 star is too much for these branch.I got a very disappointing serviceThe manager didn't want to come out to hear us .I will never go back to these branch .The good news is I went to otherTd bank at riverside and huntclub forThe same thing IT WAS DONE PROFESIONAL.

Very rude tailor , the blond lady who is slightly chubby and acts overly polite. The branch manager is also rude and she is a latin woman. The employees are generally incompetent and lack manners or customer service in this branch.

This branch is slow at times. They close off the ATM when they close the bank, even though it has its own section. ATM is closed on weekends. Big inconvenience when they tell you to go all the way to Blair. Can't imagine how CUSTOMERS without vehicles and limited mobility deal with that.

This review is for the Montreal road branch, not TD as a whole. I've always found the staff here friendly and helpful. It is a rougher demographic they serve here, so they have to take stricter measures with ATM access (no access at night). I think they do well despite the shenanigans at that mini mall. It feels like part of the community there. Clean, friendly, competent.Update: dealt with Cynthia today on an array of things, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, can't say enough about the quality of service I got

worst banking experiences ive ever had at this branch. tried to do business with them a few times over the past 3 years and its always the same.. wait forever, nobody will give you service, and they basically tell you i cant over and over. went to confirm my identity there today, just show my ID and prove who i am.. THEY COULDNT EVEN DO THAT.. we dont have any instructions sir" ;; give me a break. Pulling all my business counts out of there. they should close this branch"

The manager of customer service there, Cynthia, is not skilled in problem resolution or customer service. She takes ZERO accountability for her staff's screw up and frankly, Cynthia, if you simply repeat I don't understand" your point of view when a client is trying to simply explain to you their frustratuon due to your staff's screw up
