Cathy and her team were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Always responsive, organized, and under very tight conditions and time restraints her team was able to complete the severance of a property in Hamilton. I couldn't have done it without this firm. Andrew Pringle allowed me to close my home with 2 outstanding liens from the prior homeowner on the home; then when I inquired 'what can be done to resolve the issue at hand?'. He told me to file a title insurance claim. When I asked him to assist with this process, he says he charges a fee for doing it. He did not take ownership for his oversight and then wanted to charge a fee to me for correcting/ rectifying the situation.

What they did wrong? Basically, yell at a grieving child and hang up rudely; destroy a family going through grief by inventing rights for the Executor over the family...which the weak-minded lawyer (now without license) allowed—including supporting the seizure and destruction of private family property. And then their complete lack of response to the offenses laid at their feet. Cowardly creeps. Stay away!
