Specsavers Central City

I did an eye exam at the Guildford Specsavers but ordered my glasses at the Central City branch. When the glasses arrived, I tested them for a couple of days and they gave me a bad headache. I took the glasses to this store to get it checked. They took the time to redo my eye exam and corrected my prescription for me. Then they reordered the glasses with the new prescription and now I’m very happy with them.Amazing customer service! Thank you!

Wonderful experience I needed help with contact lenses and leaving town in a short time. The team and manager helped solve my issue, go over everything like insurance as well as other glasses I was interested in, billing to insurance, contact lens teaching and all out of good will, especially Victoria provided exceptional customer service wanted to give kudos to her, went above and beyond!

This is a very good store. Their customer service is very good. I would recommend my friends and family go here to get their glasses or contacts.

We got our eyes checked and chose 2 sets of frames. At no point were we told we weren't getting the 2 for 1 and we were told we would get a txt when the next set was ready. I called today and was told no second set. And was never even given a choice of which frames I wanted. Won't be going back.

The Central City Specsavers experience was excellent. Unfortunately, not so much with the Delta B.C. location.Alma, the staff at Central City Specsavers, greeted us immediately in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner. She did a great job locating the style of frames we were looking for. She was efficient and thorough and worked with us to navigate the insurance coverage. On a couple of occasions, and in Alma's absence, Angela was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The two staff were patient and supportive when an error occurred on my insurance.Your prices and eyewear packages are exceptional. I would definitely recommend Specsavers.

Visited the store at Surrey Central.The customer service was good. Very well organized and friendly staff. Thank you Gulshah for explaining all the offers and answering all our questions.Got 2 pairs of spectacles and the quality is satisfactory.My only suggestion is to increase the collection in all the price ranges so that we can have many more designs to choose from.

The experience was very good, from reception point to eye exams, everyone was very helpful. The best thing is they bill the insurance provider directly.Frames are pretty expensive but I got a decent offer.

Had my eye exam here just last week. Last time I had my eyes checked, the place was still Image Optometry. Eye exam was quick, doctor was friendly and receptive of my questions re eye health, contact lenses, and so on. Pree helped me out with trying on glasses, helping me pick frames that suited my face and suggesting styles I might like. I am very indecisive person and Pree was so patient! She didn't make me feel rushed at all and she's super friendly. I couldn't make a decision on which frames to buy then and there, so Pree took my top two choices and saved my measurements for me so it would save me time when I come back and make the purchase. My partner also met up with me at the Specsavers and Pree helped the both of us out. She answered our questions as best as she could, talked us through different lenses, and prices. We had a great experience :)Edit: Came back and got a pair of glasses. I didn't get the names of the girls who helped me but they were all so nice!
