Albert goes above and beyond any motorsports shop I've ever worked with. He shows up when he doesn't have to (Days he's closed), stays late and calls to check in when you get your machine worked on. I'll never buy a sled from anyone else. Great service every damn time.

Worst service i’ve ever had ! These guy had my sled for almost a month they worked on it 3h and didn’t even fix my problem ! i told them to do a bunch of stuff that they didn’t do! and they didn’t even put the screws back on the plastics. i don’t know what to sayexept don’t bring anything there at all cost !

Took my sled that I bought from them used last year in for minor clutch repair, and gauges, only charged me for parts so got an excellent deal. Will deal with them again for sure.

Happening upon a store as great as Valley Chainsaw is as increasingly rare as happening upon a good barber. Take your victory and count your luck. Albert's honest care, knowledge, and fast customer service is second to none. For anything that can be found at this store, I have no reason to look anywhere else. That is a good feeling.
