When starting my real estate course, I looked into a few different tutoring courses around the Greater Vancouver area & I am so happy I chose to go with Excel & Meran. I highly recommend going with his course! He is an excellent teacher and explains the material in a clear & concise way. I was especially worried about the math portion of the course & he made the material so easy to learn & those ended up being the questions that I felt most confident about going into the exam. He is very proactive in making sure his course is up to date, and you can tell he has put a lot of hard work into his material. Happy to say I passed my exam on the first go with a great mark and I attribute that to the help of Meran and his awesome course!

After years of schooling (including university), it's safe to say I've had my fair share of professors/teachers. I can say, with confidence, that Meran is one of the best I've had!
