Sarah was amazing!! She did a very thorough inspection and took the time to explain everything. She explained how to properly maintain and use everything. She reviewed what issues were common and just part of normal maintenance, which issues are a nuisance, and when we would need to be worried for everything. She then provided an amazingly detailed report with all that information. I cannot recommend her more highly.

Recently used this company for a home, well and septic inspection and was very impressed with the professionalism, thoroughness and attention to detail. Sarah also made herself available to review the report and questions. Based on the report, we did not proceed with the purchase of the property which saved us a lots of work and expense that we did not anticipate. Now I know why the sellers agent didn't want me to use this company.

Sarah did the home inspection for our newly purchased home. As first-time home buyers, my wife and I appreciated how thorough she was in the walk-through with us and in her report. She also gave us advice on how to maintain the systems in our home (it's a rural home with septic, well, and wood/pellet heating). She even helped us prioritize which projects to tackle first once we moved in!Sarah coached me through fixing a little water issue over the phone on the first day we moved in. We hired her a second time to inspect our well, and were just as impressed with her expertise and friendliness! Would highly recommend!
