Worst service provider ever. We naught a car from them when it arrived most of the functions were not working had lots of rust near wheels and axel is also rusted.Wipers not working. When asked they said will send you the new parts have them replaced, but never respond to our calls after that. We have proof of what all is said .Feel free to ask will provide details.worst service ever pls don’t trust them Hippocrates

I purchased car for my own family, they had a pretty good deals. the mechanics are very helpful, espacially who's name is Sahil, if anything wrong happens to my Van I always go there and they solve it right away.

They had a vehicule I was highly interested in. I called and asked question about it. I asked if they could send the carfax and a few more photos as there was not many. The guy agreed. He never sent it. I tried calling for 2 days and never got another answer and when I tried texting again silence. I was literally willing to fly in from Alberta for this car. Super disappointed they can’t even answer their customers and leaves people hang dry. Clearly their customer service is not important to them a I don’t want to purchase a car from people I don’t trust or that I’m pretty sure would not give me proper service.

Very bad experience, I buy car from on instalment for 6 months but I have mutual friend that’s why we got 8 months and after 7 months we go there to pay off the car, than they said we didn’t ask for 8 months. Such a liar, and charge me extra money without any reason. So I recommend that don’t buy car from them , they don’t know how deal with customer. If any questions text me .Very very bad service.When we buy a car I said that , if u have any issues with car just bring it back here and when we bring car u said we gonna fix it but u didn’t and this happened 3 times and one more thing u told me that u replace some part but I go to another mechanic he said nothing is Replace and after one month, when we buy car there is problem in steering wheel , so many times I come to get it fix but u didn’t fix it, after that I went to Canadian tire they fix it and it cost me 1000$ .I think u need to eat something to sharp your brain, because u forgot things.NOTEIf someone going to buy car just make sure you record everything, what they said so in future they can’t say this , that we didn’t say this .VERY VERY VERY BAD. EXPERIENCE.

Friendly, fast service, Great prices and always honest. I have been going here for years, and I would never take my vehicles anywhere else. I made the mistake niece and never again... Trust me, if you're looking for a good place that won't scam you, Look no further. Redwood auto is the place to go. Also unlike other places they will look over your car and let you know what is wrong with it before proceeding to fix it.

Very disappointed!- April 2021: Took my 2013 Chevy Cruze for coolant leak. They charged me $112 and told me that they couldn't find the leak.- Dec 9, 2022: I took it back for the same coolant leak issue and informed them about my previous visit in April 2021.- They kept my cruze for Dec 9th and 10th, 2022.- Dec 10, 2022: When I went to pick up on Dec 10, 2022. They told me that they couldn't find the coolant leak but changed the thermostat and hope this will solve the issue. They charged me $406.56.- Disappointed: I was disappointed because there was no communication from them for two days until I was at the shop.- They didn't provide me any estimate or ask for my Yes" before changing the thermostat. Instead told me that they worked on the car for a couple of hours and thought of changing the thermostat.- Dec 23

If I could give 0 starts I would! Like wow! They took forever to respond either by phone call or text. We didnt even know who the salesperson was cause there were people everywhere. Nobody tried to even sell us the vehicle we were interested in, it was filthy inside and things wrong with it. They said they would get it all ready, so I gave them a chance and filled out for getting financing for the vehicle. I went back home, I live an hr from the city. I waited 4 days and they texted saying that it's taking longer then usual and that they sold the vehicle I was trying to buy!! Like can you believe that?? Meanwhile during those days I was waiting I had time to go buy a vehicle from some place else, only took a few hrs, was approved for financing right aways and it was more money.This dealer is a scam 100%. Very rude and pathetic! Please avoid this place!
