I have been a regular here for two years now. I've seen more than 7 specialists here and they are wonderful. Some better than others, naturally but overall I'm happy. They keep me coming back with their passes which are a great deal when purchased in bulk.I haven't purchased any of their products because I'm skeptical and they seem overpriced in comparison to others I can find online.I will also add that they have a strict appointment policy and your appointment will be canceled if you don't arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled time!

Kylie is THE BEST. She was the first person I went to & the only one I will continue to go to. She's sociable, funny, and has always made me super comfortable when waxing. She is knowledgeable of products to use & she's always on top of cleanliness when in the studio!

The girls are all so wonderful there. When u walk in the front desk staff is so friendly and welcoming. They are helpful with getting products you need and answering questions. They make it easy and fast to book my next appointment. I get a Brazilian and Taylor does a wonder job and make me feel so comfortable. Taylor is also wonderful at answering questions. She does a good job and does it in a great time frame. I drive over a hour to get waxed here because this place is so great.

This was the first time i have gone in for a wax. The girls at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. I went in for a wax with Makala was amazing! She was so friendly and knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. She let me know exactly what she was doing and the steps she was taking. I will definitely be back :)

I recently just tried out EWC Shakopee. I was greeted by the manager. She was very welcoming and friendly. This was my first time waxing my brows so I did have a lot of questions. She genuinely took the time and educated me about their products, services, and their waxing process they offer. LOVE their wax, it was painless and quick! Needless to say I will be coming back again. I referred my sister because they have a great referral program as well!

Amazing team of aestiticians and the cutomer service is fantastic. Make sure you are on time for appointments. They have an 8 minute grace period for late arrivals.

They are so great at their services! I loved what I got done and the waxer was so sweet and made it very comfortable.ETA: Norah was the waxer above and I had Jessica today. Both girls are phenomenal, they are so quick, and lovely. You do feel more confident walking out and wearing what you feel you wanna wear. And not only that but they don't judge you if you're looking like a sasquatch. They take care of you and do a wonderful job with no judgment

I don’t live in this area, so never have been to this location, but I stopped for the first time because I was overdue for a brow wax and we were on the way to the Renaissance Festival. I saw Mikala and she was amazing! She was very nice, friendly, and didn’t an excellent job on my wax! I wish I lived closer so this could be my regular location!
