I'm only assigning 1 star because there's no 0 star option.TLDR : run, don't waste your time and your money with them.One of the worst experiences I have ever had: it took them more than 2 months just to hang 3 sets of curtains. They took the measurements wrong, they had to come 3 times, and we had to actively chase the commercial to get things done. Zero accountability, zero apologies, they even charged us more than agreed.Our biggest mistake: getting in the shop because it was close to home, without cheking the reviews before.-- new edit --The reference number is 116759-- new edit, 6 days after they answered me ---Of course, they didn't reach out, that answer was just them pretending to care.

The service is very slow. If you're visiting this place, give yourself to spend at least 2-3hours. The variety in the blinds are amazing. You will literally wouldn't know what to choose from.

Good experience. They came out and measured my windows, as well as removed the old blinds and installed the new blinds. Very good customer service and excellent installer (Jack).

Everything went great, the installer was competent and professional. Please note that the store gave him the wrong dimension for one of the roller covers, and he said he would come back eventually with the right cover. Do I need to call the store to set up this extra step ?

It was my first experience with this store. A technician that was going to install the blinds I would buy recommended it. I was super impressed with the service. The consultant was super knowledgable and professional, and gave me many advices and options, she helped me decide and stream down to a purchase that I liked and fit my budget. The store also offers measurement and installation services.I bought the measurement service and the specialist was also very nice and worked fast.Thought out the process I received text messages and emails notifying me of the status of my order, and when I called twice to enquire, I found the agents that answered the phone were quick and knew my file.I am very happy with the product (and the service!), the roller blinds look very nice at my new home!

Good service, spent a hour discussing windows, measures, fabrics, mechanisms. Everything was fine. Price was OK. I would have definitely bought this motorized blind.Then, the clerk prints a quote and tells me it's inside use only". I cannot leave the store with the quote. W.T.F.? I cannot take a picture of it either. I guess I can memorize it

After doing my research on line and receiving several samples from different companies I decided to visit this store considering it's a local business. I had someone to help me that was polite and efficient and provided me with a quote for my blinds. Since the price that was offered was above the one the one I got from other two stores I asked if it could be matched. The agent assured me that they would match it since I had reliable proof of competitor's lower prices. Under this premise I decided to go ahead with my order and gave them the advance requested (over $1 thousand CAD).A few days later an employee came over to take measurements and he told me that an agent would contact me to finish my order. Indeed the agent called me but to inform me that the price couldn't be matched since the store manager considered that the other offers didn't include the same quality of services I was being offered.I explained that the blinds were of similar quality and that a 5 year warranty was included so the agent agreed to talk to the manager once more. I never heard from them again. So, after a few more days, I called to cancel my order and placed it with someone else.I kept calling asking to get a refund for my deposit and, after several calls and emails, I was told that I had to go to the store.I drove there and was told by three different employees that they had to charge me for the visit for measurements. I asked to see where was that stated since I was never told about that charge. I had to wait until the store manager finished a meeting and finally I got the whole return.This company is going to go bankrupt if they don't change their policies. Delivery time is over a month compared to a few days from others. They can't compete on price (over 25% more expensive), and their customer service is bad. It's a shame because it's a local company that I wanted to prioritize.

Super service. Claudia helped us find exactly what we were looking for and at half the price of what we were offered at some other place. She took the time to really understand our vision and everything got delivered fast.
