I haven't received my glasses yet, so I am only reviewing the service, which was exceptional! I had been putting off shopping for eye glasses as I had no idea where to buy from, or what style I'd like. I had a coupon for 50% off, so decided to try The Bay, and had such a great experience. Eileen was extremely helpful, and was able to help me find the perfect pair. Thank you!

Eileen is the best! I've never had anything less than exceptional service from her and I've been purchasing glasses there for the last 15 years. Go to Eileen. She knows what suits your face and your personality. Wouldn't even think of going anywhere else!!!

I went in for a simple pair of glasses at the optical Dept. After 2 1/2 weeks the sunglasses arrive but not my main pair. A week later I get the main pair but the lenses are not right. I wait another 3 weeks for the glasses to be fixed and they come back as bad as before. Twice they have been sent back and they have not yet returned from the lab. The store has offered a 10% discount on a pair of glasses that are now 10 weeks in total from the day I ordered. I would give the bay 1 star but for the lady in the optical office who faithfully calls me to deliver the latest bad news.Just avoid this place

I would not recommend buying glasses from there. My lenses were faulty from the start I cleaned them with the cloth they gave me but within a couple of months I had so many scratches the glasses are useless, my other metal frames are corroded badly under the plastic ear frames. I went in to see what they could do but the manager was of no assistance or help ,she said I should have bought insurance. Needless to say I will never go back there. Very poor customer service. Very poor quality.

I’ve been dealing with Eileen for close to 20 years. She’s extremely knowledgable and makes me feel right at home. She always gets me the best price possible and really works hard on my behalf. I just got two pairs today for a very good price. I’m quite happy as I always am with Eileen. Thanks again Eileen for all your hard work.
