Brandon was very helpful and never had issues with questions allong the way. He even finnished the ring two weeks before he said he would. Could not recommend these guys more! Thank you Brandon at Fairmont Goldsmith for being so kind today! My finger swelled so much from a bee sting, that I had to have my wedding rings cut off. Brandon patiently and professionally cut through my bands not once but twice as that was the only way to remove the ring without hurting my finger. His store is beautiful and I look forward to shopping once the swelling goes down!

Awesome Craftsmen, Great People!Stopped in to get a battery replaced in my watch while in Fairmont for my daughters wedding which was done while I waited and at an excellent price. The next morning while getting ready for the wedding, my daughters great grandmothers bracelet that she was going to wear at her wedding broke. I had a friend rush it over to them to see if they could do anything last minute. Not only did they fix it while we waited they didn't charge us for the repair. In a world of big box and chains stores, its great to see that there are still caring business people out there!

You leave this family-run goldsmithy feeling like family. They made our wedding bands, and 10 years later they made an anniversary present for my wonderful wife.
