Went in tonight. Always get great service. This is why I go. Tonight I got bad service. Won’t be going back. Teach the young folks what Cust service means, a simple thank you or hello goes a long way.

My hubby enjoyed his turkey avocado sandwich! The strawberry chicken poppy seed salad was so fresh, and ridiculously huge! The pineapple in it paired so well with the chicken. I would have liked the dressing to have a bit more of a bite to it, but my hubby liked it as it was. Their kettle chips were surprisingly good!

Stopped by for lunch, quick service for sure! Was a bit busy, but there were enough tables. Food came really fast, I wouldn't get the Mac & cheese (even if you were really hungry) Its really thick and heavy. So maybe order that alone if you plan on it. Friendly staff and clean interiors, nothing to fuss about on that.

Really need to work on the grilled cheese. It’s not like I usually get. All Panera breads should be consistent. Tomato soup was delicious as always !!

I like Panera for their pick 2 option. I took my elderly mother there yesterday for lunch and the person taking our order was fantastic. I unfortunately didn't catch their name but was very good at his job. Food was fresh and tasty. It's bit expensive for a half sandwich and a salad but everything is these days. I'd pick Panara over any fast food burger joint any day.

Tried the mozzarella pizza sub, it cost $19.34 and had almost no toppings, most overpriced and underwhelming thing on the menu. Literally a 14 long baguette with 8 pepperonis. Talked to the restaurant and they said that's normal."

I went through the Panera bread drive through on a Monday afternoon. Besides the very long way, I wasn't sure what to expect as I haven't ordered from here in a while. Ordered the buffalo chicken on a baguette with a baguette as a side also since I didn't care much for the apple instead or an upgraded bag of chips. For almost $16 the fact that just the sandwich had cold cuts of chicken and not actual chicken with a splash of hot sauce and a thinly sliced red onion is pathetic. I paid $16 for not even a drink, just the sandwich which just had the cold cuts processed cheese and hot sauce on it. Completely disappointed for that price. I would have gotten a burger from Burger, priest or even a firehouse sub!!! Will never come back here

This is what my warm bowl looked like when I opened it up. I thought the delivery guy went to town on my bowl. Aside from this the “warm” bowl was not warm despite it arrivg within 15 minutes of ordering. There was very Little of the toppings as u can see from my photo and tasted very dry and just very bland. I almost never give a bad review but this meal was so bad on every level… I need to mention that this is the large bowl. Only it arrived half empty. So disappointing.
