Finest Cleaners

It's been more than a month, and yet my clothes are still not ready. I've called them four times. Every time they promised to look into my order, but I have received no response whatsoever. Where are my clothes?????

Great little place in the atrium, I have been getting my shirts washed and pressed since the beginning of the year and these guys are fantastic, they have a quick turn around and their service is friendly along with the fact that their prices are very good. I also had pants hemmed and they did a great job in following my instructions and taking care of what I wanted. Keep up the great work, anyone in the downtown core must visit for their dry cleaning needs. Chris and the staff at Finest Cleaners are always nice, always smiling, and they always go above and beyond in taking care of customers.

So incredibly satisfied with my experience! I called Friday morning, very anxious that I would need some alterations completed for the weekend. Chris picked up and didn't make any promises, but encouraged me to drop by. Once I arrived, he remembered I had called, and pulled out all the stops to make sure my dress was perfect for my engagement party on Saturday. What lifesavers!

My first experience with Finest cleaners was with a leather jacket from Hugo Boss. I have it for over 10 years. The linings were much damaged. I wasn’t wearing it anymore for the past 3 years. Last year I decided to fix it. Went to North Bound they asked me $350. Finest cleaners is on my way to work, so I decided to ask, thinking they would not be able to repair a $2000 leather jacket. I was wrong, they repaired it so well. Now I have a $2000 Hugo boss jacket brand new again. I feel like back on my 30’s. And the price was a fraction. I returned with 20 more pieces of clothes for them to bring back to life. Thank you.

Finest Cleaners are amazing! best place in town, i do all my hemming and dry cleaning through them, and they have never let me down. They even got a blue stain out of my white leather jacket. Quick, Efficient and competitive, if you're in the downtown core pay these guys a visit. Chris is the one to talk too, and the staff at Finest Cleaners are all awesome.

Chris and Maureen are the epitome of excellent customer service. They've always been friendly, easy-going and exceptionally attentive to my requests - and not to mention, they do great work. A month ago, I wanted my pants altered. The day after I dropped off my pants, Chris called me the next day to reconfirm what I wanted done. A seemingly simple gesture, but it was the one thing that stood out to me - attention to detail and clarifying when unsure. Really impressed with how they work -I would recommend Finest Cleaners to anyone. Thanks for everything Chris and Maureen!

I had quite the poor experience with this place. I brought in a suit and t-shirt to be cleaned that were on loan, and upon receipt of the clothing, the t-shirt was faded and stretched. The staff were friendly enough upon interaction and said they would try to restore it and call me. Two weeks passed with no call. Now I am waiting outside their location as they remain closed, even though their signage says they opened 15 minutes ago. If you need dry-cleaning, this is not the place to go.

Quick turnaround, sub-par work.I recently moved and my old dry cleaners is too far out of the way. I decided to check this place out as I always walk by it whenever I'm in the Atrium. The place was very clean, and the employee was very polite and professional.I took in a pair of dress trousers and a bomber jacket, totaling just over $30. While the turnaround time was fast (2 days), the work itself was pretty lackluster. The reviews were pretty good, so this may have been a one-off incident,.When I received my stuff back, I was disappointed. The trousers were not properly pressed and re-pleated, and there were still some creases/wrinkles on the right leg. My bomber jacket's cuffs/ribbings were actually stretched out and ruined, but I'm hoping I can DIY fix it at home. The sleeve cuffs in particular were stretched out, and don't cinch onto my wrists anymore. My stuff was definitely clean, as it smelled good, but the work itself was sloppy.While I appreciate the turnaround time and decent prices, I won't be coming back here unfortunately.

My husband and I were very pleased with our alterations. I asked to alter a cashmere coat and two dresses and my husband took a pair of swimming trunks and a suit he needed altered for an upcoming wedding.Although there was some confusion about who was going to alter the clothing items, the staff and owners were patient, considerate and very friendly and Chris (Owner) did a great job on all the items and kindly finished all items before our travels. My husband was particularly pleased with the results of his suit which included delicate slimming of the arms and tapering the waist of his suit jacket.We were very happy with the friendly service and high quality of work! Would definitely recommend!

Finest Cleaner is my go-to place for all my alterations. They are professional and do a fantastic job, whether this is with respect to refitting clothes that I have grown out of or ensuring new clothes that I have bought turn into a perfect fit. No job is too big or small. They are always helpful and do the job quickly at a reasonable price. I would not go to any other place for my alterations.
