Great service, fair prices. Offered bilingual service as well as fixed my car (clutch repair which is a long job) in a few days which was very very helpful since I needed to be out west in the next few days for work.

I had to replace my alternator and was assured the MAX the job would cost would be 300$. I was also told it would be done by Wednesday of last week AT THE LATEST. After countless phone calls to try to get an update from these guys, on Friday afternoon, I get a call and am told the total cost of the job, even though I WAS PROMISED 300$ MAX, it was 970$!!! They lied about how much time they needed, and the price. Literally lied about everything they could. Never returning again.

I’m really glad I went to see CR Transmission when I had car issues a couple of weeks ago. I don't know much about car repairs so I appreciated that they took the time to explain the problem and the needed repairs. I also liked that they drove me to work after I dropped off my car. My car was ready by the time I finished work. I would recommend this shop to my friend and family without hesitation.

Trasmission Mécanique CR, was great. I explained the problems I was having and the issue was identified almost immediately. I left my car in their capable hands and I do not regret it! The service was friendly, speedy and accurate. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I brought my car to them with a turbo issue. I was moving out of Montréal and they said they gonna fix it before I leave. After 3 weeks I found they didn't do anything. Wasted my time and check up fee ($132) for nothing. Didn't want to rely on them on that and brought my car back without any servicing and wasting 3 weeks of time.

Worst experience ever. Just got my Honda back and decided to immediately leave a review just to inform people about how terrible these crooks are. I was told the cost of a new battery would be 150-250- MAX 300$, I TOLD THEM I WILL ONLY SPEND 250 ON THIS AND IF ITS NOT POSSIBLE NOT TO WORRY, I WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. We agreed on this arrangement. Anyways, I get a call the next day , suddenly the cost was $650!!!Never going back to this place again. Good job guys! just lost a potential customer.

Honestly the best garage around. They are honest, efficient, and make you feel welcome in a clean professional environment. They offer drop off and pick up service, as well as the option to borrow a courtesy car. They offer more than just transmission repair. I highly recommend to my family and friends.
