I always go through the drive-through at the Wasaga location and I absolutely love the customer service I get while taking my order. I am confident this is where I want to invest my money. These people actually care about what they do and who they serve. The kindness they promote is the reason I keep coming back and recommending them to anyone who needs a pick me up fast food place

Well, went through the drive thru today and placed an order. I thought I'd get onion rings instead of fries. Well, was I surprised when I pulled out the onion rings! Only half full of them! This isn't the first time that I've been disappointed. In the past, fries have only been half full in the container.Not sure when I'll be back.

Manan was great, he offered coupons when I didn't even know they had them. That is service! I love Harvey's to begin with so this location is a bonus. Would definitely go again (already have and will continue!)

Friendly!!!This location is much cleaner and friendlier than the one in our town. It’s worth the drive.The food is fresh & delicious and my veggie burger is never cold (like at other places).Fries & onion rings were perfect and milkshake delicious! Husband said his Original burger was good:)

We arrived quite late during one of the off days this Holiday season, and although it was winter time and not much going on in Wasaga Beach, we did receive very good service and they were very patient with our order. We did ask for 3 combos and all the details and substitutions in it, which they all fulfilled without any problem.If you are in the area, Blue Mountain or Wasaga Beach, this is a very good place to visit and in the same time support a local business.Their grilled chicken was good, a bit on a dry side, but toppings were perfectly balanced. Bun was great for all the burgers and sandwiches. However the best part of our order was poutine, very very well made!

The gentleman that served my party tonight was understanding of the special needs individuals that were being served and was patient with him. Thanks to your staff for a great date- night meal. They will be back again.

We ordered an Angus burger at 1030pm and it was out super quick and tasted great.The lady at the window was friendly and gave us information we needed.So improved from our last visit a few months ago.

Visited this place on the 8th of February, it was kind of late, after 10:15pm, I was the only one in the drive thru, they weren't busy.After placing my order I waited 10 minutes for it, this is what I got (see pictures below), 2 lukewarm burgers with hardly any toppings and a poutine with soggy fries, you would think after waiting 10 minutes you would receive a cooked to order meal".I guess this is the "standard" for Harveys nowadays
