Oct 18 - Once AGAIN, Ren to the rescue!! I had an issue with the Windows 10 update and TA-DA!! Fixed. Thanks Ren!Ren has been great with all our laptops - mine, my work, my daughter's and my dad's. He is very fast and helpful, not to mention patient, and I would recommend him to anyone who may be having an issue, just has a question or is looking for some maintenance. I am very happy with the service I and my entire family have received.

Very impressed with the knowledgeable service provided by Ren at sea to sky geek. My laptop stopped working and is under warranty but Ren was able to quickly review the laptop to see whether he could get any power to it. He was very clear and guided me on what can/cannot be done so that the warranty is not invalidated. After his assessment, he talked me through the process to return the laptop to the manufacturer for repair.

Ren at Sea to Sky Geeks has saved me a few times. I highly recommend him! I am usually quite confused with the fast-paced technology changes these days, and, Ren never confuses me more with extra mumbo-jumbo. He explains the problems with my computer(s) simply and understandably, and always brings me back a computer working in better condition that I ever knew possible. He always goes above and beyond what I expect. He is punctual, knowledgeable, helpful, and always eager to help! I cannot recommend Ren and his services at Sea to Sky Geeks enough!

I have used Sea to Sky Geek a few times now and every time has been a pleasure. He is professional and extremely helpful. He is detailed and worked within my budget as I am on disability. He takes the time to explain things to me and I NEVER feel pressured. He is dedicated to making sure I get what I need not some random item, and his repairs have lasted forever. I appreciate his time and service! He is an asset to our community. Recently he helped me with a project for my autistic son and I sincerely appreciated his help. Thank you again!

There aren't enough stars above to describe S2SGs service!Faced with an urgent IT issue, I called Ren at S2SG and he literally dropped everything and got me sorted out and back up and running. Fast, friendly, efficient, well priced and local S2SG is the epitome of Customer Service.Oh, he's also really knowledgeable about all things IT! If you have Apple issues don't ask who to go to just call Ren.

Ren was awesome - even though my issues were pretty small, he didn't treat me as if they were silly or bothersome. I appreciated his communication style, and that he was able to help me out while my toddler distracted me. I would definitely recommend Sea to Sky Geek!

Wow! Id give 6 stars if I could. I took my girlfriends computer to Ren after it became almost unbearable to use. In a matter of hours he had fixed every single problem and returned the computer not only fixed but updated (it was 3years behind on software updates because the computer couldnt handle any downloads). She is extremely satisfied with his work and the price is right! On top of it all when we picked it up he gave us so much good free advice on how to maintain the macbook going forward. Don't waste your time or money anywhere else in the sea to sky!
