In 2016 I was in need of pest control services. I have been a home owner for many years and it was a stressful experience. From my first call to Aanteater I felt confident they would provide the service as advertised. Kaya arrived promptly at the the appointment time and explained thoroughly what the procedure involved.He answered all our questions and made us feel that we were humanely handling our pest issue.It was important to our family that the process was handled humanely as possible.After one month or so we have not heard or seen any evidence of unwanted visitors.I purchased the year long contract and will be ready for the arrival of ants etc in the spring.Well worth the peace of mind I now have.

I am giving one star for service. Unfortunately my bed bugs problem didnt resolve with their dusting method. they treated 3 times already. They deal with my property management Glen Oaks Co-op. I asked the tech if they can try any different treatment because every time they come they use the same powder and it’s not helping. He said they only use dusting method which didn’t work me. I am so sick and tired of all the prep work and contacting them again and again. It seems like I have to spend money to treat the problem myself..

We've been using them for the last 4-5 years. We back on to a green space and had issues with mice in the house when we first moved in but now we've not had any issues since. We are on their yearly maintenance plan so we're always covered. Whenever we have issues with ants inside, we call them and they come right away. The staff are all very nice, good company overall.

We have used Aanteater for over 10 years now. I moved into a house unknowingly infested with Carpenter Ants. Their control measures worked immediately. Since then, we have used Aanteater for fleas (came from rescue cats), and mice. They are easy to deal with, highly professional, and have been the best in service. Ryan is our typical service technician. He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and accommodating. I have since enlisted their services for my workplace’s needs and they continue to perform at a very high level. Couldn’t be happier!

Laura was extremely helpful in explaining the process and guarantee over the phone and was able to book an appointment for my house the following morning even though I called late in the afternoon. Ryan showed up right on time the next day, asked a few questions about where the ants were most commonly found, and then was in and out in about 25 minutes. We had to be out of the house for 4 hours but when we returned there was no odour and the house was exactly as we left it, although with far fewer ants crawling around. Highly recommended if you are experiencing an invasion of carpenter ants.
