I've been to the other Big Wheel locations many times and everything was usually fine but I tried this location the 3rd day after opening and was a bit disappointed. I'm celiac and made sure to let them know on my online order but when I wanted to confirm with the front staff if my order was indeed gluten free they weren't sure if it was so I had to ask the cook who said it was after looking inside the bag. I know people are learning but food safe and allergies should be taken super seriously and marked on the outside of the bag. Unfortunately I did feel a bit sick the next day but of course I can't confirm if it was cross contamination from this place or not. Just makes me feel uneasy if I'd ever eat there again. The burger patty is also very plain, crumbly and doesn't have much seasoning. But all locations have this issue and the recipe hasn't changed in a while. Also when I asked for ketchup to go they didn't have any ready and looked confused on what to do. All other locations have ketchup ready in containers when I went.

Very disappointed -- standard here seems lower than other Big Wheel locations. Spicy fries seemed like normal fries, fried onions looked like a mistakenly added topping... And ultimately, the burgers don't compare to what I've had from either Saanich or Esquimalt locations. To his credit, the manager tried to make it right" (offered free fries on our next order)

Was excited to try out the new burger spot in Langford considering all of the hype. Went on 2 separate occasions and the food sucked both times, not to mention it’s overpriced.First time I went I had a cheeseburger, patty had no flavour or seasoning, sauce all over the bag and bun, very bland for $11.98.Second time I went I had the crispy chicken burger, the “crispy” chicken had the same properties as a soggy microwaved chicken strip, and again, very bland especially for $14.91.Disappointed to say the least, save your money and choose somewhere else to eat.

I absolutely cannot overstate how lovely the staff are at this location. Every other Big Wheel spot has been perfectly fine, but the Langford location /specifically/ is my favourite. Despite how crazy busy the poor folks here always seem, the service is fantastic. I didn't get their name, but a younger person with dark hair helped resolve a little issue I had with an order I placed tonight, and it made my day. Infectious smiles and bangin' burgs, bro! <3

We might (big might) give this place a second chance. However....Nearly 100$ for 3 people to eat! 2 burgers, two fries, one poutine (but anyone from Quebec would die laughing at that suggestion), two shakes and a can of pop.Burgers might have been decent messy burgers"... if they were warm. Fries might have been pretty good crispy fries... if they were warm. The poutine was pathetic - cold curds and about a spoon full of something suggestive of gravy. And luke warm at best. The shakes were the best part. Unfortunately the cook staff have their process so bass ackwards that we waited (note the luke warm food comments) while someone back there shouted

These guys do a great job. Always fresh, with quality ingredients. They have cool specials, fair prices, are family friendly and have nice staff. They are a step up from your typical burger spot. Don't drag your feet, get it while it's hot!

This is the best Big Wheel I have eaten at so far. They are efficient and organized and the folks that have been on cash have been friendly and polite. The burgers are always good (especially with their Ghost aioli) but I have recently discovered their chicken burgers which are also very tasty! I would definitely recommend eating at this location.

One of the best cheese burger’s I’ve had ever. Don’t be fooled into thinking you need anything more elaborate. Simple ingredient list means you can’t hide anything. Good quality ingredients sourced locally and with sustainability being a major focus. What’s not to like? Can’t recommend Big Wheel Burger enough!
