Pretty poor work, numerous flaws in the trucks we get back from them. Basic shop that could be improved upon. I take my personal vehicles to midwest meidl on faithful Ave and have had no issues there!

Management is excellent and professional. The shop crew is top notch. Always fairly priced and ready in a timely manner, with any concerns taken care of promptly.

My truck went in for a new bumper. They said it should be one day. They didn't get to clean it that day, so it was ready the next morning.Worth the wait!!! They cleaned it very thoroughly. Not brand new shine, but close. Inside and out. Friendly staff were very helpful. Pleasure to deal with all around.

I had a small spot of rust (size of a loonie) on the front fender of my 2011 Ram 3500, that I wanted to get taken care of before it got worse. I stopped in at 3:00 pm yesterday, and was greeted with a smile and courtesy. The team had the spot fixed, painted and finished the very next day by 4:30PM. Very professional and cost effective. Its nice to see service like this! I will recommend Merlin Auto Body to everyone I know!

Great experience with this company!! I would highly recommend. Professional friendly service that happens on time and on budget. They made the SGI claims process very easy and were very accommodating in getting my repairs done. Dropped my damaged tailgate off on Monday, and picked up my new one on Thursday. Great communication throughout the entire process, and I am super happy with the end result. I hope I don't have to go back again....but if I ever have another accident, they will be my first call!!

Had my windshield replaced at Merlin Autobody and they did an amazing job! Sara was so easy to deal with and kept my updated throughout the day. 5 stars!

I took my vehicle in to be appraised on a Friday. When I took the vehicle in they said it wasn't safe to drive and they would need to put me in a rental they called the rental place and they were all out of cars for the weekend. Instead, Merlin gave me a free loaner for the weekend. The loaner car was the most dangerous and unkempt car I've ever driven in. They gave it to me with the low fuel light on, the gas gauge passed empty and asked if I could make it to the nearest has station. I told them I didn't know and didn't really want to find out if it didn't so they filled it. Great. Then we get in to leave and the windshield wipers just smear the snow across the front window leaving a mess that you can't see through, the car makes a horrible noise when turning and the radio was non-existent. I parked the car after driving it home and it didn't go anywhere until we returned it to the shop the following Monday to pick up my courtesy car from Enterprise. The staff were kind, it was just an unfortunate situation with the dangerous loaner garbage car.

I deal with James here when it comes to my highway tractor. It always a great experience from start to finish. The work is always top notch and it comes out looking like new. I've had some things come up with paint issues and James was immediately willing to make it right. The other staff I've dealt with here are always great too. I'm considering making this my go-to body shop for heavy and personal vehicles alike.

Employees are friendly and helpful. Work is done outstanding. Vehicle is cleaned shiny. They also provide a courtesy car while fixing my vehicle. Highly recommended!
