Marco Polo Land Campgrounds and Inn and deluxe Cabins

We enjoyed the one day we went for!We rented an un serviced tent site, it was a mere 2/5 stars for the site condition it self. It was a very muddy area. And no coverage from fallen trees so we were baking In the sun constantly , We intended to just stay for a day and let our children Rome around and enjoy the day in the sun and we loved the water park it was clean and well kept, no complaints on that.We would loved to see the golf carts being operated by adults with respect, and responsibility rather than teens who couldn’t slow down or watch out for walkers, the washrooms had hot water and were very clean, minus the no toilet paper when we went in. Next time we go we will be going to a 2way serviced location and hopefully don’t get a cruddy location.

Great place to camp. The owners are really nice. The food at the galley is only fair. The morning craft program is awesome for kids. I am seasonal there but have camped at many other campground around the maritimes in the past and Marco Polo is by far my favorite. They add new things each year which is great. Overall an awesome campground!

Fun for all ages. 5 and 7 year old grandkids played ball hockey and made friends, soccer and spent hours on the splash pad!

Enjoyed a stay from Saturday evening to Tursday. We tented and organized to be with several family members who got sites of their own. My last stay was eleven years ago and some things have changed. They used to have two pools they have replaced with a large splash pad. They have many activities. The splash pad is very fun for the kids, however not so great for adults who could also use a swim on a hot day.

Very nice and clean campground. The staff I encountered were super friendly and helpful.

No hot water for the bathrooms and loud drunks partying all night! Terrible place to camp!! :(

A fantastic place to spend for the whole family. Great staff. You don't have to plan for your kids activities, they already have enough resources that can be used. And water park is one of the best places in there that is a must for every kid and family.

We went here during the Somo music festival.It was busy, which we expected; but it seems the park staff did not expect it. 1 attendant for registration meant we sat in a lineup for over an hour waiting to check-in.The grounds are well kept and they have a lot of amenities on site: store, washrooms, restaurant, water, power.We expected common plugs for the outlet at the campsite; you need an adapter, which would have been nice to know before.There is little to no tree cover and this isn't so much of a campsite as it's an RV park; expect to be packed in sandwiched between RV's.It was good enough for what we needed it for, and it's hard to expect more from a campsite trying to meet high demand; I think we would go elsewhere next time though.

Lovely family campground but huge. Waterpark is a great addition for the kiddos - a day at the beach without the sand. Only a couple cons about our site 1) no cover on the firepit- did take one off another site when campers left. Quite dangerous without a cap as they are sunken in the ground and all I could picture was trip to ER with a broken ankle. 2)Also why is the water and electrical on the road. Make sure you bring long electrical cord and long water hose. Family were camped in different area - their fire pit was right by the road. Not a lot of privacy. Biggest con on the campground- the golf carts, constantly going and at night time, when we were by fire, we had to turn our heads to avoid the really bright headlights. I get the idea of the golf cart but just seemed the same people going around the campground constantly.
