Thank you very much to the woman who worked in the fitting room on April 22. I was so careless that I left my bag in the fitting room. It's been a long time since I remembered. Thank you so much for looking after my bag.

This place is so very small, there is hardly ever any product range….just a few items here and there, no sizes or styles available….every time i visit Oshawa town center i always make a point to go in there and check if they improved anything, and they hardly ever do it…..other locations have decent assortment, this place is just sad

I returned and bought items here. They usually staple the original receipt and the returned one and gave it to the customer. However, they don’t staple it but mix it with the other receipts and put it in the bag. When I arrived home, I checked the plastic bag but the receipt of the purchased items is not inside. They tricked you so you can’t return your items. This happened to me 2x already in this location. Make sure you get your receipt on your hand before you leave. I agree with the other comments, the sales staff needs to work on their customer service.

Bought a nice guess Guess wallet wristlet and other Xmas gifts today and went straight home after but it was the only thing not in the bag, called to see if it maybe wasn’t put in the bag but was brushed off very quickly.

I always purchase from Marshalls but I am not sure what is wrong with this particular location! It’s because of their Staffs behaviour. They are very rude and I had to deal with their attitude when trying to buy something from here. Staffs won’t do their job and they want me to do their job!! (They also don’t know how to say or ask politely to customers)The trial room staff called their manager right away to be on their side!! Pathetic experience and I am never going to recommend Marshalls to anyone I know, to go there.

Worst customer serviceI bought a phone case 10 days ago and it started wearing out (Peeling off)and when I tried to return it, I was told they accept items only in the same condition as sold. So defective products cannot returned. Why should return a good quality product?. Stay away from this store.
