Very poor communicationShort staffedDo want to take kids if yr not there by a certain time altho flex calendar if handed IDoor bell not answered ( when it works ) to leave u standing in the cold... nobody to answer phones when that happens no notice and some but not all Rude staff if there was some were else to take my children I would
