Each job and any post job clean-up has been done above & beyond our expectations.Ted is an absolute SUPER HERO‼️‼️‼️ This past Easter Sunday he appeared after only being left a voicemail about a huge flood in my sister’s ENTIRE basement. He jumped in his truck and came to her rescue!He spent that whole day on hands & knees patiently ‘vacuming’ the basement carpet inch by inch. He returned for several days to solve her problem which required ripping out the entire basement under padding the flooding was so severe. And he also hauled everything away.I must also mention Hesham who books appointments and keeps Executive Steam extremely organized. His quick response and friendly, professional manner is just outstanding.A final and most important comment about Executive Steam is that Ted uses only natural products to remove ANY STAIN from carpets, rugs or upholstery.
