Wanted to buy an old bus that they were selling. Was interested in relocating it to my family farm to covert it into a camper. I asked two reasonable questions and I received sas and condescending responses. Childish.

Amazing! Curtis is always so great to work with. He makes sure you are aware and understand everything. He rebuilt my exhaust for me, oil changes, tie rod and ball joint changes. His prices are fair and he doesn't try to stiff you for more money for every little thing.

Serge was an absolute dream after my accident. The police called a tow for me from their rotation and I happened to get Serge. The level of customer service was phenomenal. Serge is friendly, professional, and efficient. It was very reassuring, with everything going on, that the one thing I didn't have to worry about was my tow. If you ever need a tow, Serge is absolutely the right guy to call!

Cannot recommend them enough. If you find yourself in need of help, don't hesitate to give them a call. Serge was the highlight in an otherwise very stressful day. We were extremely grateful for their kindness and honesty. Our battery had died and we needed a tow. Serge tried to help us out on site in an attempt to save us money before determining that we needed to tow the car. Very professional and experienced, he was extremely friendly and made us feel at ease. Hopefully we wont need to call them again, but if we do at least we know that we'll be in good hands.

In an industry where so many people try to take advantage of you in your time of need, Serge is a diamond in the rough. A friendly, caring individual who looks after his customer and has their best interest in mind. The price I was quoted over the phone, was the price I paid, which was also an amazing deal compared to what other tow companies tried to charge me.He was at the scene in under 20 min, during a very busy time, he worked quickly but meticulously, and drove slowly and carefully. It was a great experience and I will definitely be recommending Twin City to anyone who ever needs a tow. The world needs more people like Serge.
