What service ! Picked up and dropped off my laptop for me. Replaced my hard drive and debugged my computer for under 200 bucks. Got my computer back in less than one day and he was very informative, patient and explained the process to me in a way that I could understand (I’m not very techy). So i spilled water on my laptop. Within the hour of receiving it My IT Pro had diagnosed the problem, sent photos of the damage, and had given me a quote for the repair. Unfortunately for me the news was bad, but there was no effort to pressure me to waste my money on a repair (cheaper to replace). Thanks for the honesty and professionalism. I would reccomend your service to anyone in Fort McMurray!

Very polite and knowledgeable from the first telephone conversation. Picked up my laptop at 9am and dropped off at 4:30 same day. New harddrive and transferred all files from old harddrive including lost pictures of my mom who passed away 3 years ago. Thank you!!!!!!

I called about purchasing a cable that I couldn't find in other stores. I guess they weren't too expensive, but hard to find. It turned out he had a lot of them on hand, and said he could just give me one. I Definitely didn't expect that, and he even went out of his way to follow up with me the next day so I could pick it up. Much appreciated!
