In this day and age of mega-marts and cross-country big-name stores, I must comment on how it’s so very refreshing to find a great-quality local retailer with which to do business! Whatever I need in doors or windows, I can always find a solid selection there that will fit the bill in both quality and price. The staff and owners are very friendly and bend over backwards to ensure that I am pleased with my purchase — and often offer solutions to a renovation issue that I never even considered! I appreciate the time taken to ‘think out of the box’ and provide customized service! These attributes make Burron Building Products my first-choice retailer and I recommend them whole-heartedly — they are always ready to please with a smile! Only 3 stars because they do not have any shingles this year (due to shortages caused by Covid). I heard it was the most economical place to go for shingles. The gentleman behind the counter was polite and courteous. He explained the situation and offered the names of some places that are still carrying shingles this year. Still a positive experience even though they did not have the product I need.

The owner was standing around being rude to customers.I would not go there again.Waste of timeI bought for half price elsewhere

Good service until the order was placed... Had to go down to their shop just to speak with someone (No response to emails or calls), they delivered broken windows with a cracked PVC casing (Which during delivery they pointed out) and provided no recourse other than for me to go buy epoxy and fix it myself.I’m not one to leave reviews but after sending an email in hopes to hear back, nothing.Seriously consider before ordering. As a developer I place a decent number of orders a year and this order alone totalled $12,000 - can’t say it was a great experience especially after waiting 9 weeks.

Paid for a door and it's installation. Took 4 weeks for installer to come. That was okay, but door was damaged. I was kind and agreed to fix it with paint. My existing door had a deadbolt, supplied door had only one hole. Door was too deep. Installer said that could be fixed with brick moulding. Door was too short. Installer said that could be fixed with wider trim. I was told to go out and purchase these items and installer would return to finish installing the door. I did get a doorknob so I could at least lock my door. It installed fine but the holes were not lined up so it would not latch. I was told that the door would latch properly once installation was complete. Yet... Installation can't be completed until I run around and purchase these items I know nothing about. And have no way of transporting home in my small car. That's why I HIRED someone to install my door.I am very disappointed with this experience. If I order a door and it's installation, why is that process dependent on my doing ANYTHING, other that pay the quoted price? Which I did, in full.So now I have this half installed door. Super lousy.UPDATE: Despite response from the owner below, no efforts have been made on the part of Burron to remedy the situation. This was the last I heard from them. They do not return my emails.

I have used this location for purchasing roofing goods and also as a wish pick-up.They are listed M-F 9-5pm on wish hours. After 2failed attempts Someone checked their google listing. Which indicates just 2days a week they are open. Upon an open day, the employee could not get the wish app to open. My items were lost to lalal land. Restocking fee of 20% might have been applied.Here are recent photos as of last Thursday.The house is #901, and Burron must be 911 following north is Enns marina goods is # 925

Large living room window ordered...( my fourth of various windows purchased from this business)......staff was pleasant to deal with and window price was very reasonable....took longer than usual to arrive because of circumstances beyond Burron Lumbers' control....however the installer was very knowledgeable and thorough. Great job!

We had a window installed by Burron, and the whole experience, from getting a quote, to ordering, to installation was seamless. The installation was efficient, and they did a beautiful job. Quality work, and at a VERY reasonable price. We paid half of what we would have paid at some other places we looked into, got a better quality window, and I'm willing to bet we got better service too. Will definitely look to Burron first for our home projects in the future.

Purchased a window last yr 2020 waited for insert of window the guy took measurements never returned to finish. Now its 2021 june My husband went to check whats happening with the window not finished the fellow told him in 2wks nothing happened nobody showed up. So he went there again same thing 2wks. Nothing . So i the wife started phoning *(thrus) told me on list will ph guy to finish the job. Waited few days no ph call. Called again on list need to ph guy.. i told them thats poir customer service take the money not finish the job. So monday nov 15 guy was suppose to come 6ish never showed or phed. Phoned nov17 the guy told me he needs to ph the other one why . Phoned afternoon that same day asked whats happening he said he he ll ph to see if he ll answer his phone.,, All im getting is run around and nothing done. To finish the window... Not happy take the money but over a yr later this guy should not get pd until finished job and see if likes that wpg mb
