This location was incredibly busy, and staff were roaming around, but were not offering help. We wandered looking incredibly confused for probably a half hour trying to find Vegan Wine for a gift (we don't drink wine nor are we vegan). Not only was it difficult to navigate the store due to the amount of people, shopping carts and stock carts that were in the isles, we also couldn't find anything vegan easily. After about a half hour we went to the nearest staff member, which couldn't help us, and got someone else who gave us the ONLY printed stack of pages that indicate what products are vegan from the office. This list was helpful but we still had to spend another 45 minutes trying to find the wines on the list, all of which seemed to be cheap and not worthy of a gift. We finally just took the first few we found and after finding the staff member to return the printed list, we left. It doesn't seem like anyone at this location wants to help, or maybe they just have too few staff?

The young chap at cash is a role model for customer service. Such a pleasure to encounter. Didn't get his name. Worked Tuesday Nov. 22 @ 7:30pm.He deserves a commendation.

Helpful staff and good assortment of craft beers. Free sample on a Friday after a day of work made it even better.

Staff have been excellent all through the pandemic and onwards. Great store and a fantastic selection of beers.

What can I say, it's the LCBO... they have a great selection of all types of beer, wine or liquor.

Store was nice and clean and seemed to be well stocked. 3 cashiers were present to make sure there were no lines. Friendly staff there to assist. All checkout lanes had dividers to keep everyone safe.

Great, friendly service whether giving recommendations or at checkout. I’m sometimes a last minute kind of customer and they don’t give a fuss about me walking in at 8:58pm for a quick grab when I’ve been accosted in London over it/barred from entering at 8:55pm. Hate being that guy but when I need it it’s appreciated!

Pretty good selection, just wish it wasn’t so expensive compared to the rest of the provinces/world.

Lots of parking upon arrival and surrounded by more than a few other conveniences. Great service found inside. Lots of selection from around the world. Craft beer, vintage wine and top notch spirits if that’s what you’re into. Store was clean and organized. Highly recommend stopping in here if passing through.
