I’ve been here a few times and I’m a regular. The ladies who do the threading are all excellent. The ladies at the front desk are not very friendly though. Could do with warmer customer service. The Kitsilano branch is wayyy friendlier so I prefer to go there.

Went for a brow shaping/ tint and lash tint with Poonam and couldn’t be happier. She did a great job and I love the result. On top I felt so comfortable with her, she’s giving mum vibes :)

Loved Daniela, she was amazing and makes you feel very comfortable!! But unfortunately poor reception, as I was not advised I could get 10% off if I make my next appointment in person. I called 10 minutes later and they would not honor the 10% off if I made my appointment. It was my first time there, and if I would have known that while I was in person from the front desk, I would have booked of course!

I have been a client for 5 years and love how they do my eyebrow! The staff is so nice except today Wednesday 14th, December at 5:45 pm. The receptionist was so rude, not polite at all. This is the first time I see her and first time someone at this place is rude to me. Hopefully she can still do her job providing a good customer service(: all though I love my eyebrow threatening.

Wonderful experience!! I have been getting my eyebrows (threading) done from Poonam past 10 months. She does an amazing job and I would highly recommend her. She also advises you how to take care of your eyebrows depending upon your shape and thickness.

I had originally given them 5 stars because they had always been great, until my experience today. I went in for my normal eyebrow threading and the girl absolutely butchered my eyebrows. She took off most of them!! I now have ridiculous pencil thin brows that I have to hope will be hidden behind my glasses frames until they grow back. And they took months to grow!!She didn't even ask me what shape I wanted or anything, she just immediately started hacking away at them. No hi" or "hello" or anything when I walked in either

Place is great otherwise and staff is professional, but I am giving two stars because I have been going there for over four years and referred bunch of my friends but they never ACCOMMODATE your needs. Front desk is not helpful at all. Not at-all happy.
