Amazing service and extremely knowledgeable people! I highly recommend BC Escooter! I will never take my scooter anywhere else!I was having an issue with my Zero 10x scooter constantly shutting down on me. Sep came the next day and picked up my scooter and right away knew it was most likely the BMS chip. They replaced the BMS chip, brought my scooter back, and it runs flawlessly again. I’m extremely happy and great full that we found these guys! Thank you again so much!

Can't say enough about the service we received. Top-notch business. Very reasonable rates too. They fixed my son's stem problem, handlebar alignment issue, and did tune ups on two scooters all in one hour while we waited. Amazing.

First I'd like to start by saying I'm very happy to have my scooter back. It performs even better then when I first purchased it. The work speaks for itself and they clearly know what they are doing.The reason my rating is only 3 stars is because of the process of getting it fixed. I was informed they provided a pick-up and drop off service. Which is great considering my scooter and transit are my main forms of transportation. I had set an appointment on June 27th for Saturday July 1st between 10-11am. I wasn't informed until the actual day at 11:21am that they didn't even open until 11am for Canada Day. About a minute after I was informed of this they canceled my appointment.I made an appointment for the next day and was told 11am-12pm was the earliest they could pick up. I was out before that time and they showed up at 10:07am. I wasn't home until 10:57am. So I potentially could've missed the pick up based on the time frame I was given.Fast forward to July 4th. I was told I could have it dropped off at my work during my lunch break. They were very punctual this time and I was happy about that. However, I had given them my charger in case they needed it and they didn't return it. The delivery guy told me he'd have to either send it to me or get it to me tomorrow which wouldn't work for me at all as I need my scooter for my commute and I'd need to charge it the same night. After sending an email they brought it back within an hour and a half which rectified the error.That being said, they did what I needed done and I'm happy with the result.Would I recommend this place to others? Based on my experience, no. However, I feel like I would return because I believe this was likely a one time mix up what with the holidays and it likely being a busy weekend.If down the road I need service again, I will gladly give this company another go. Not everyone is perfect and this service is hard to come by for a decent price.Thanks, BC EScooter Service. I had two electric scooters repaired with BC EScooter Service and they both turned out great. I will definitely continue to use them in the future for any repairs and general maintenance, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Bc escooters is amazing!!! I was a little scared at first to have them come over and pick up my scooter, but they fixed both my tires and even fixed my brakes and key compartment. They are amazing!!!

I had such a great experience with BC Escooter Service. They were flexible with pick-up and drop off and it was complimentary which was amazing - they called and came right to the door. They sent me a follow up email explaining what they noticed and were really clear about the work that needed to be done. And the results are great! My scooter's working so well, and the price was incredibly reasonable. Such a great experience - will definitely be sticking with them for my scooter.

Thank you for fixing my ET Cycle F1000. My ebike had brake problems and as a first time customer, they gave me an incredible discount. The service was very professional, fast and efficient.
